Within an instant, she was coordinating the front register staff, asked me my size, what kind of style I was looking for, what kinds of colors, had picked out 5 evening gowns that resembled my backup dress that I brought, and I was in the dressing room within minutes. I also told her I needed shoes, and she had picked out suitable shoes as well. I was able to try on 3 dresses within 15 minutes, she was very attentive, checked in with me, and helped zip me into each one of them, and I always felt incredibly supported during this stressful episode. I ended up walking away incredibly satisfied with my purchase (she also asked me if I wanted to walk out wearing the dress and heels that I bought), she picked up a tag from another dress of the same style that I wanted since the size I was wearing was missing a tag and scanned that one, helped me remove the security tags while I was wearing the dress. Price-wise, the dress with the shoes from this store together totaled to even less than my backup dress alone, and I was very satisfied with the quality and price of the replacement dress and shoes. After I forgot my backup dress in the dressing room, my boyfriend who ran back told me that she was waiting at the front of the store holding the dress, which helped expedite our rushed getaway, I can't think of a better experience, and was completely blown away by the attentiveness, innovative and clever solutions the staff thought of to navigate such a stressful and sudden challenge. We were able to make it to the wedding on time since I chose this place as it was on the way there, we were in and out in 30 minutes, it is all thanks to the amazing staff who run this place!

They sell sample dresses and they're not like other places where the prices are cheap because the dresses are destroyed. These dresses were in perfect condition. All the dresses I tried on were about $1,000 or less. The dress I ended up picking was only $400 and it was originally $3,800. I included pictures of some of the other dresses I tried on just to give y'all an idea of how high quality their gowns are. They don't have a huge selection but what they have is really great. And you have to try everything because you never know. The staff was so helpful. Sharon was truly an angle to me and my mom. She was not pushy and really helped me focus on my happiness and what I wanted. She even went across the street to get me a vail that matched the one I already had. And the way they work with you to size dresses that are too big is unlike any other store I've ever been too. It's hard to explain but they really help you visualize what a dress fitted to your body would look like so it's easier to decide. I had an amazing experience at Milena's and I could not recommend it more. I ordered the Disha…read moredress by Gabbiano. The staff at Milena's took my measurements and immediately ordered my dress to be custom made to my measurements overseas in Europe. When the dress arrived about three months later it fit like a glove! I did not have to make any alterations. I believe the total cost of the dress was around $1300, and the dress was higher quality than $6-10,000 dresses I tried on at Neiman Marcus. My dad became sick about a month after I ordered my dress. I emailed Milena's in a panic thinking my dad would not make it to the wedding and I wanted to move the wedding up. Milena's offered to sell me the sample dress and be without a sample gown for a few months until my dress came in. I ended up not taking up Milena's on their offer and kept my original date and customized dress, but the customer service was SO over and beyond. Their kindness meant the world to me. I can not recommend this place enough and I am so glad I found them!!
