On the day of the appointment, I received a text from the stylist at 10:30 asking if I can come in at 2:00 instead. It wasn't a big deal to me so I agreed. Then when I was already on my way at 1:30 I received another text from Jackie that she cancelled my appointment all together. I'm not sure why she even has appointments if she is not going to go by them, especially after her sending multiple confirmation emails for the appointments. Do not book with Jackie Cabezas. She will waste your time.

I booked an appointment with Madeline due to their schedule/availability and was really excited for my appointment. I get my haircut only once a year and that happens to be on my birthday. During my season of grief, I wanted to make sure I spent my new year taking care of myself the only way I knew how. Treatments! I told Madeline what I wanted: Long curtain bangs, long layers (rounded and not cut into a V) with the shortest layer at my shoulder. Ask and you shall receive. Madeline did the damn thing.
