Whatever you receive at your trial, multiply by 100000 because her talent, expertise, and skill will BLOW YOU AWAY on wedding day. I looked in that mirror and was taken aback by how incredible her technique and attention to detail are. She is by far, hands down, the most talented MUA I have ever seen. The Instagram pictures and videos do not even do her work justice. Some key highlights: My makeup lasted through 85+ degree weather and crazy humidity from 11 AM to 2 AM (THE NEXT DAY) without a single touch up. The makeup ATE even with flash hours after dancing (and sweating) ALL night. Every single person who saw me complimented my makeup and said it was the perfect amount of glam while still feeling and looking like me. BOOK HER NOW before reading the rest of this review!!! MOST importantly, there is something so special about Kyla that is hard to put into words. Her energy is infectious, and she brings incredible vibes to every room she is in. She makes everyone feel so included and beautiful, regardless if they chose to get their makeup done or not. My sister (MOH) loved Kyla SO much, that she already booked Kyla for her wedding in NYC next year. We cannot wait to celebrate with Kyla again!! And I am so grateful and excited to look and feel as pretty as I did this year, one more time, for my sister's wedding!!!!!

From my initial makeup trial, I immediately felt at ease and so confident in her work. Chatting with Kyla felt like talking to an old friend -- her warm, bubbly personality and professionalism shined throughout the entire weekend! She brought the positive energy and hype vibes even at 5:30am! Through all my nerves and anxiety over the big day, she brought a sense of calm and fun! Kyla genuinely listened to my concerns, any insecurities, and made me feel effortlessly beautiful for my welcome night and traditional Indian wedding ceremony! I absolutely love how Kyla has experience working with women of all different shades, tones, and ages. Her expertise was truly evident! I also had my mom who is in her 70s, and my cousin receive glam (they both rarely wear makeup) and they were beyond pleased and felt beautiful! I was glowing the whole day and felt like a gorgeous bride! The bridal glam I went with was the perfect blend of a softer approach with a touch emphasizing my darker features, eyes, and the most stunning blush placement and longevity. Her artistry truly balanced and highlighted my features so beautifully. Kyla is a queen -- the absolute best & you won't be disappointed!

All of us talked about all different styles of eye makeup and some of our own products we found that they wanted to add to their palette. We vibed really well and talked a bunch about so many various iconic moments in weddings and even special things we like to make in the kitchen and holiday activities. I even told her about some amazing food places around San Diego she had to try for future events. I had a 1940s themed wedding I was a part of so I wanted to create that subtle monochromatic eye look with a subtle lip rather than a bold red/orange to keep with my champagne dress and added lashes to help my blue eyes pop. It made everything look so natural that I still looked like me, just more polished. The picture I have here is literally almost 10 hours later, even through dancing, dinner, a windy ceremony, and lots and lots of professional photos taken throughout the day. I would love to have her as a top consideration for when my day comes. Thank you for everything, Chelsea!
