On the day of the appointment, I received a text from the stylist at 10:30 asking if I can come in at 2:00 instead. It wasn't a big deal to me so I agreed. Then when I was already on my way at 1:30 I received another text from Jackie that she cancelled my appointment all together. I'm not sure why she even has appointments if she is not going to go by them, especially after her sending multiple confirmation emails for the appointments. Do not book with Jackie Cabezas. She will waste your time.

The experience itself was also uncomfortable. The reclining "king chair/bed" had hard prongs or pressure points sticking into her back to the point where she asked them to stop the massage portion. She even had to brace herself with her legs to keep the chair from digging into her back further. Instead of feeling relaxed and pampered, she left uncomfortable and disappointed. Additionally, L seemed dismissive and had an attitude when my wife mentioned the chair discomfort, which made the experience even less welcoming. At the end, there was also pressure to purchase products, which added to the feeling that the experience was more about upselling than customer care. For the high price, it simply was not worth it. The videos and marketing online create expectations that do not match the actual experience. After reading more reviews, I can honestly say the 1-3 star reviews seem accurate because many describe the same issues with the chair discomfort and overall experience.
