very relaxing and not too much pressure to buy products. loved the massage and aromatherapy

Experience was a 10/10 Location 5/5 Parking 5/5 Customer service 5/5 Actual service: 1000/10 If you had any question or hesitation book your appointment. Idk if this is something I will do monthly as my bank account is not set up that way. But this was so relaxing and my hair and scalp felt so clean and fresh. I took my mom here and she just looked and felt so rejuvenated and happy. I love doing things with my mom that reminds her to embrace her girly and feminine side and just have fun. Great activity to do by yourself, with friends or family! Lynh and Dylan helped us and were so nice, patient and really amazing at their jobs! Dylan even fit in a blowout style that was not initially added due to time. But added to make my mom feel special for her birthday! Thank you so much! read more

My honest opinion, especially as a first-time client, is that it would have been really helpful to know ahead of time what the process would look like. While sitting in the chair, I was trying to understand the condition of my scalp, learn what products the therapist would be using, and hear about the plan for when we moved into the next room. Unfortunately, it was difficult to hear because another client came through after her spa treatment, and there were blow dryers going off in the background. I found the overall environment to be very distracting and, at times, sensory overload. It was hard to relax and focus on what the therapist was explaining. I still gave my therapist five stars because she did a great job, and I was very happy with her care. However, I do feel the spa itself could improve the overall experience. For something that is supposed to be relaxing and therapeutic, I was expecting a little more privacy and a quieter environment while receiving the scalp treatment. I also had some concerns about personal belongings. I didn't feel completely comfortable leaving my purse out while going into the spa room. If space allows, perhaps a locker system or another secure place for clients to store their belongings would help provide peace of mind. I understand that some of these things may be limited by the space or layout, but I think they are worth addressing. It would also be helpful to explain these details to clients before they make an appointment, especially first-time clients. Knowing what to expect, where belongings go, what the treatment process looks like, and how the space is set up would make the experience much more comfortable and relaxing from the beginning. Overall, I appreciated my therapist and the treatment itself. I just think there are some environmental and communication details that could be improved to make the experience feel more private, peaceful, and welcoming--especially for someone experiencing the spa for the first time. read more

I've been seeing Bo for over a year, and she's incredibly knowledgeable about scalp care and hair health. She always gives helpful recommendations, whether it's products, treatments, or when it's time for a trim. Her head massages are amazing and one of my favorite parts of every visit. I leave feeling great every time. Check-in and check-out are easy, though it can get a little busy when multiple clients arrive at once. The staff is always friendly, and I love ending each visit with tea and ginger candy. It's the perfect way to wrap up a relaxing experience. read more

Dylan is super sweet and welcoming! Walked me through the process, let me know the condition of my scalp, showed me and talked about all the products she was using, and recommended me some red light therapy products. I'm a first time client so I'll definitely be coming back again :) I did the anti hair loss treatment for $188 + tip and it was all worth it read more

Invita Head Spa - From buildup & clogged due to my oily skin (top) to deep cleaned and exfoliated (bottom). - Day Spas Near Me - Vista, California

If you feel like treating yourself to one of the best head spa treatment places or gifting the experience to a friend this place is it. My scalp therapist was Delight and she did a phenomenal job. She was very knowledgeable about her art and the different products they offer to use on you or for you to purchase for at home use. I will say the lobby area was a little noisy this time around but inside the "treatment room" it was magical. read more

Lynh was my head spa consultant and she was great! I really enjoyed not only the head spa/massage service but also her recommendations and really appreciated her analysis of my scalp! She really broke it down for me in different parts and also recommended some products but was not pushy about recommending and suggesting products which made the experience that much more relaxing and enjoyable! Highly recommend! read more

Came back a year later and pleased to say my experience improved. I still think the shoulder and neck massage outside the treatment room felt a little out of place and rushed. My treatment /head massage was so much better than last time! I really felt like she spent the time to scrub and massage. My hair lasted a whole day longer this time as well. read more

What an incredible (and relaxing) experience! I was able to visit Invita Head Spa over the holidays and it was delightful! The staff was super welcoming, and my technician was very informative with the process before we got started. It was wild to see my scalp up so close! Kind of gross to be honest, lol, but you could def see the difference after the visit. After they take photos of your scalp and do a light neck and shoulder massage you head back to the treatment room for a real treat; dim lights, cozy massage chair, excellent ambiance. You also get a warm blanket and eye mask. They wash your hair and massage your head. I might have dozed off for a few minutes as I am having trouble remembering what else happened during this time! After the treatment you go back to your chair for warm tea & ginger and they take more photos of your new & improved scalp and dry your hair! Would highly recommend and definitely go back! read more

Bo is incredible and the regular spa treatment was amazing! I paid the extra $20 for an exfoliating scalp treatment because holy moly I needed it. The body massage by the machines was great as Bo did my scalp treatment - the experience was fantastic. The Milton hair products are wonderful too! I bought he $100 membership for a year which gets me a free regular scalp treatment for my birthday and 20% of the Milbon products at any of their locations. I left with 5 Milbon products, a complimentary car vent diffuser that has my car smelling like a spa, and a deep appreciation for Bo and super clean and refreshed scalp. I highly recommend this hair spa and Bo - you won't be disappointed! read more

I was so curious about this treatment and was so excited to finally experience it. I did a basic scalp treatment, arrived about 10 minutes earlier and they were able to get me in. I was welcomed by Brenda, she explained the process, you pick a scent first for the should massage before the treatment. If I remember correctly, they have orange, lavender, peppermint and another one and a mix of all. I was then assisted by Ariel after picking my scent, she asked me some questions about my hair care, she did the shoulder massage so good, so gentle yet relaxing. She also took a photo of my scalp, some buildup but totally normal. After that, we went to the treatment room. There is a massage chair/bed you lay on then the start the scalp treatment. It was a little sensory overload at the start because the massage bed is in hard pressure then they are also massaging your scalp, it was a little hard to relax at first but I calmed down after a few minutes. The scalp massage/treatment felt so nice, after that they take you back to the chair and blow dry your hair. Hot tea and some ginger candy was waiting for me when I got out, which was a nice touch as well. My hair and scalp felt so clean and light, my hair was so soft all day and the next day too. I highly recommend people to try this atleast once. It was fun and relaxing, a good way to start your day. read more

Cool head spa! I saw my friends post on IG and wanted to treat myself and my MIL. My friend also got me a gift card. The place is in Vista, off the main strip. It's a pretty small building. We both got the deep scalp massage. Had some trouble with determining what their definition of long hair and thick hair. Called and they explained that long hair is length longer than bottom of your chest. And thick hair is coarse hair, not full hair. They take a scalp pic before and tell you a bit of what they see. Then they use this little comb to loosen your scalp and you get sent to the room with the massage chair and hair wash. They wash and massage your head while the massage chair massages your body. It was relaxing. The room was a small room, dark with lights and zen music. It wasn't cold as someone mentioned, temp was right. Felt good and relaxing. They bring you out and retake the photo to compare. Then they dry your hair and put on some products. My hair felt so soft and it smelled good for days. You get green tea and ginger candy. It was good. For some reason I thought the place was bigger and more luxurious from pics, but felt a bit cramped. But overall, good experience. Would like to do it at least once a year or so. read more

I am so glad that I booked myself a deep scalp treatment as a gift to myself for my birthday. Veronica was friendly and welcoming, considerate and gentle, helpful and professional. She helped me realize that I was using my clarifying shampoo wayyy too frequently. My treatment was relaxing, my hair is so soft now, and my scalp feels much better. The styling of the spa is beautiful and upscale. I would definitely recommend Invita. You should consider Invita if: -The feeling of someone else washing your hair at a salon is calming for your nervous system, and you wish it lasted longer -You want to troubleshoot your hair and/or scalp problems with a licensed cosmetologist -You need some time to relax and be pampered read more

Best head spa in the game run.Don't walk it's so clean and professional. They use top quality products and feels very inviting

My daughter made appts for the 2 of us for my birthday and the spa called to cancel the same day. They claimed everyone took the day off early for Mother's Day and the 1 person working has a contagious disease. We thought it was strange that "everyone is off" today. How was 1 person prepared to give 2 people services at the same time? We won't be rescheduling. That is bad management. read more

absolutely love this place. If you want to go anywhere to treat yourself to a nice calm and quiet time where people washes your hair and goes through all the details of how your hair and scalp is doing this is one of the place. I definitely recommend to go. since the first time I've actually went, I have always stuck to one person and one person only, April. April goes through details with my hair when I need how it feels anything that I need. She recommends different products when I ask Anna is definitely one of the best investment that I have done for my own self-care. But even if you go to anyone else within that facility, they are very knowledgeable on what they do. read more

Update* The owner of manager (I can't remember) called me to apologize that the experience didn't meet my expectations. She stated she was going to refund the cost and hoped I would give them another try in the future, after they expand and adjust. That was professional on their part and I appreciate them for reaching out. Emily was very nice and proficient. The reason I gave the experience 3 stars is that I didn't think the 60 minutes spent there was worth the $150 (cost + tip). When I walked into the "spa," it sounded more like a rockin' bachelorette party vs. a serene environment I experienced in other spa settings (the 20 - 25 minutes spent getting my hair washed did take place in a serene room). Because I love scalp massages (and erroneously thought that would be the majority of my appointment), I paid for an additional 10-minute scalp massage to make it even better. To my dissapointment, most of the time I spent there was for taking pics of my scalp and talking about my scalp, having a fountain spray my hair with water while laying in a very strong massage chair (I started off telling her I would like it strong until I realized that the massage bed felt like hard golf balls sliding up and down my body) and ended up asking her to turn it off. The spraying felt good, and there was scalp massage while she shampooed my hair, but other than that, she used a type of brush to massage my head for much of the time spent in the serene room, which, to me, is not nearly as good. This was followed by about 10 minutes of hair-drying. The hot tea waiting for me was a nice touch. The massage, in total, lasted approximately 10 minutes (shampooing and massage). I think that if your expectations are more social, this will not disappoint. However, I was expecting a full pampered approach since this is similar in cost to what I pay for a 90-minute full-body massage. read more

Had an appointment at noon for the basic scalp treatment and paid extra because I have thick hair (online shows it as $15 and 10 min more than the regular) while my sister had the regular scalp treatment. We arrived a few minutes before our appointment and were asked to pick a scent for aroma therapy and were offered water while we waited for our provider. We were called back around 12:10 and they took pictures of our scalp and asked about our current hair care routine. Then they had us smell our scent, gave us a very brief (maybe 3 minutes?) shoulder/neck massage then tucked some plastic into our shirts so our shirt wouldn't get wet. This differed from my last head spa experience where I was asked to undress from waist up and given a wrap so that I could have a proper neck/shoulder massage which sadly didn't happen here. All treatments are in a common room with automatic massage chairs. I found the chair to be slightly uncomfortable and actually had to ask for the pressure to be adjusted because it squeezed my legs painfully. The provider did clean my hair well and at times a nice head massage was given. Afterwards, I was taken back to the station where I was offered candied ginger and green tea. They took more pictures which did show an improvement in my scalp and they attempted to dry my hair under a stand dryer (it was probably 85% dry when I got out of the chair around 1:10). The employee said that I should try to go as long as possible without washing my hair to let everything soak in and said some people wait 4-5 days but after 48 hours my hair was definitely in need of a wash. Overall if your main goal is to have a good scalp exfoliation you might enjoy it here but if you are looking for a super relaxing/pampering experience I think there are better options. My total with tip was $160 which felt pricey for what was essentially a good shampoo. Pros: The salon felt clean and the staff was friendly. I appreciated that there was no aggressive attempt to upsell me. Cons: I found the massage chair slightly uncomfortable and the hand neck massage was too short. read more

It's been 7 months since my first visit, and I've been coming to Bo at Invita Head Spa every month since. Bo continues to be incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful, always sharing tips and tools I can use at home to support my hair journey. Hair loss as a woman can be emotional and tough, but Bo creates such a safe, caring space. She reminds me to manage stress and be gentle with myself, which has made a huge difference. Every visit feels like both self-care and healing. Seeing those little hairs pop up on the camera is the best part, proof that it's working! Bo is truly the best. read more

"INVITA" head spa was very much "inviting" From the moment I walked in I was treated like a welcome guest. I'm a hairstylist but had never been to a head spa so I wasn't sure what to expect but one of my friends had been here & was raving about her scalp treatment with Truc so my curiousity got the best of me and I booked an appointment to see what all the hype was about. (Drumroll) The results are in! INVITA is more than just a relaxing service. It is also very much an insightful experience. Let me start off by saying that Truc was very sweet & incredibly professional. The shampoo, head massage, and scalp treatment were wonderful and the pictures of my scalp condition were (insert nerdy me lol) very cool! If you've never experienced this service and you're looking for a lil splurge on yourself day, I'd def recommend checking out this spot! read more

I've been wanting to try this place since seeing it in Vegas and was so excited to finally check it out locally. I love the simplicity of the decor- it makes just walking in a calm, relaxing experience. we booked anti-hairloss treatments that were FABULOUS- I really wish we could remember the girls' names. they were both informative and talked us through every step of the way. it wasn't until we walked out and realized that the 90-minute service we paid for was actually only 60-minutes. I wonder where the other 30-minutes went? LOL weird but buyer beware I guess? anyway- if you decide to try it, don't plan to go anywhere afterwards that requires your hair being done unless you want to pay extra for blow drying and style. read more

My friend and I were always wanting to try a place like this. We went here because they had a deal during the month of March for $30 off any service. It was a nice experience and we both felt pampered and our hair felt so soft and clean. The only thing that ruined the experience was when we were paying after the service. The lady who helped us said she was the manager. We both felt that we overpaid but had already left the business. My friend called the next day and they explained how we were charged. Unfortunately, they did figure out that we were overcharged $66. read more

Not worth the price. If you've ever been to a nice spa you will not be impressed with the services here. A friend and I booked belated Mother's Day treatments and were so excited to try this place. We arrived a few minutes early for our 3p booking, picked our aromatherapy scents and were offered waters and to have a seat. 3:15 rolls around and we are still waiting, no water ever came. We finally get seated in the very public area to have our scalp assessed. After that we were given a very mediocre 5-10 min (10minutes is being generous) neck and shoulder massage. After that we were escorted to the back for the hair washing. My treatment was supposed to take 20 minutes longer than my friends but we were done at the same time. They put a protective cover on your back to prevent getting wet but somehow my entire back ended up wet with water. My friend's water halo turned cold at the end of her treatment and never got hot again. The girl apologized and said it happens at the end of the day. One positive is the actual products they used made our hair feel and smell amazing for a solid 3 days but if you add any product to your service you're at close to $300. The products are not cheap. Needless to say, I will not be back to this place. Between the late start, shorting out service time, the cold water and wet back, this is a no. They are charging a premium for a service that feels rushed and anything but luxurious. I have no problem paying top dollar if you're giving top dollar service but from the beginning, this was anything but. read more
