Had an INCREDIBLE and healing massage from Lori. She was able to do a sacral cranial style massage for me and I feel like a million bucks afterwards. I get regular massages and this was one of the great ones! read more

I went to Idyllwild for a much-needed retreat. I set up a massage w/Lori. Lori was punctual and her space was relaxing, she was also extremely friendly and easy to talk to. She prepared well for my session. It was different from other massages I have had, with the many techniques she used. It was very enjoyable. Thank you Lori! read more

Lori is such a kind soul! My partner and I were in town and I wanted to spoil him (and myself) with a couple's massage. It was the off-season when we went (May/June) so the other massage therapist that Lori works with was unavailable; however she was able to fit us in with back-to-back massages with no problem. I let my partner go first, and Lori recommended checking out the nursery next door that did NOT disappoint! When it was my time, my massage was targeted and thorough and sooo relaxing. I loved the friendly conversation and holistic healing elements she implemented. I asked my partner what he did while I was getting mine and he reported that he was so relaxed that he took a nap! Communication was a breeze through text and Lori always responded to me in a timely manner. Highly recommend booking if you find yourself in town and are looking for a relaxing and therapeutic massage! read more

About a month ago I was having headaches, feeling nauseated and dizzy, doctors did not help, so I decided to try a massage as a last resort with a small hope of resolving my problems. Sure enough my problems were spine related, the nerve was pinched. Lori figured it out, worked with my spine and it gave me a huge relieve right away. My dizziness stopped the same day. I was so amazed and happy with the result that I have been back to Lori several times since that. It's always a pleasant experience, and I know she can help me feel better every time I have a problem. She is a healer and a saver! read more

Jill was amazing. She listened to all of my concerns and really targeted all of my trouble areas. I cannot rave enough about her. Pressure was perfect and she even gave me tips to release my muscles daily. I highly recommend Jill and Idyllwild wellness waters and massage. We came for our anniversary and they were able to get us in with only a day notice. Highly recommended!! read more

Love love love Lori is awesome! So intuitive and did some unique massage treatments for my TMJ that cured my dizziness right away. Wonderful human being too!! I will be back every time I'm in town! read more

My husband and were visiting from San Diego and last minute texted to see if we could get in for a couples massage (on Valentine's weekend...). We easily booked our massages. Both women work at a larger resort/spa nearby so it was the same massage they offer there, but $30 off! Highly recommend! read more

Lori is amazing. She was able to diagnose some issues with my shoulder and no one else could. She is very much an expert in her profession and I wouldn't go anywhere else here in Idyllwild. Of course we can't right now with the virus but once it's over I will be seeing her quite often. This is my review of her before the virus even hit and I want to let people know how great she is... whatever your issue. read more

Oh My Goodness!:-) 5 Stars for Lori's Wellness Water's & Massage! The best massage experience ever. I came in like a wound up watch spring and left feeling totally relaxed and humming like a tuned and pampered idling high performance engine! Lori's Wellness Waters & Message is in a new location nestled in a scenic forested setting at 54725 N. Circle Drive, Idyllwild, California, 92549. At the intersection of River Drive on the North East Corner. Walk through a quaint garden area and go around behind the building there. Go up one flight of stairs. You'll be in the pines looking out towards Strawberry Creek. You can see Tahquitz peak from her deck. Scenic! Inside you'll find an invitingly warm comfortable massage studio that instantly transforms your thinking to one of peace and calmness. Lori is such a genuinely lovely, grounded, open and welcoming person. She is very professional, and warmly engaging. Talking with her a few minutes set me at ease, and allowed me to feel confident to open up to her and explain where in my body I was having pain and tension. She carefully listened to me, then set about addressing those particular issues while going over my back, legs, arms, base of my neck, jaw line, temples, scalp, toes ... ... ... by then I was in seventh heaven and didn't care anymore where she was working. I became like a wet noodle. She spent a lot of continuous time with me. Looking back, I realize how hard she worked to get me to such a relaxed state. She was concerned about the whole me, body, mind, and spirit. She's aware that state of mind effects the body and vice versa. You can tell she love's her work, and feel that love in how she works the muscles and pressure points of the body. She was very thorough. If you are in the Idyllwild area, and could use a complete wonderful massage work over, Lori is who you want to see! read more

Lori is an angel! Such a sweet sweet soul and she definitely has a gift with massage! I had severe head/neck pain and a headache for a week I just couldn't get rid of. My husband and I just had back to back 90 minute massages with Lori and I cannot express enough how much she helped both of us, the way she pin pointed exactly what was going on with my body made the session incredibly helpful! Definitely recommend her and I will definitely be going back as will my husband! read more

My mom and I had a lovely relaxing weekend in Idyllwild thanks to Lori's fantastic massages. We called her up and she was able to take us in immediately for two fantastic (and very reasonably priced) chair massages. We each had some back and neck issues that we explained to her and she knew just how to work on them and help us feel much better. Her location is an amazing little upstairs apartment with a great deck and view of the surrounding trees. It really adds to the relaxation to be able to listen to nature and feel the refreshing breeze as you get a massage. I was very happy with my experience with Lori and I highly recommend her services. I will definitely go back to see her next time I'm in the area. read more

Lori is a excellent massage therapist. She is thorough, pleasant, attentive to my concerns and, like the best therapists, seems to know exactly what and where is needed. She's the first massage therapist that I've ever set up regular appointments with. She'd even be worth a drive from the desert! Nice woman, very professional and skilled. read more

I was very much looking forward to my massage after reading the previous reviews & speaking to Lori on the phone. I booked a month or more in advance since I would just be in for a weekend. When I couldn't find the location easily I called her only to find she wasn't even there waiting for me. She was on a house call & had no clue I was coming. She offered me a much later appt BUT no apology for her mistake. I booked in advance so I would not be turned away for a last minute appt but ended up with NO MASSAGE because of her error. I would advise anyone from out of town to reconsider this place if you want to keep your appt. read more
