There isn't anywhere to swim in the actual spa but a short walk away you can access the adult only pool which we found in the afternoon. Here's how to make the most of your visit with a Day Pass: Pack a tote bag with swim suit, dry clothing, fresh undergarments Mock Up Itinerary: Arrive by 12-1 pm, Leave by 6-6:30 pm Dry Services: 12:15-1 pm I recommend starting off at the Salt Cave for 30-40 minutes, then going into the Mind-Sync area where they have meditation and relaxation. Wet Services: 1:10-1:50 pm saunas first, then rinse off Sauna Tip: I always start with dry then go to wet spending 15 minutes in each one. 1:55-2:15 pm *Depending on what slot is available upon checking in, you can book 15 min Hot Mineral Water bath which was my favorite. Be ready in the waiting area 5-10 MIN before your appointment because they will not go around looking for you!! 2:30-3:30 pm Hit the pool. I suggest planning to leave and checkout by 6:15 pm Meditation Area: The blankets in the mind sync area are very soft however they are reused so once you're done the staff will fold it and place it back onto the chair.
