I went to four different bridal shops and my mind kept going back to this shop , it's so cute and marina made this experience amazing. She made this whole process so easy and she was so patient and she helped me find the perfect dress! I love how she listened and I didn't feel any pressure! She's the sweetest ! So thankful for all her help !!!! I ordered my dress around December and it came before February, I picked her up a week after and she is beautiful!! I got to try her on and they gave a list of places I can get alterations done as well as some places to look for shoes. Marina took my measurements on the spot, and it arrived months ahead of my destination wedding. Throughout the process, she emailed me updates and checked in, which gave me so much peace of mind. The good: - private appointments - unique selection - they ask you what music you'd like to listen to The bad: 1- I specifically came here for the premium collection. I said in the questionnaire when I made the appointment that the dresses I wanted to try were from this designer and which styles, as well as my size. When I arrived, I was told that all of the dresses I had requested ahead of time were a bridal size 0 which was quite shocking since bridal sizes run smaller than street size. Despite that, she still insisted on strapping me in, but I could not get any sort of reasonable idea of what these dresses would look like on my body, I have not had this problem at any other shop I have visited. So I paid $30 to not be able to try on the dresses I wanted. I would suggest that they make a note on their website that these dresses are only available in a bridal size 0 so that people can decide for themselves if the other designers and options are worth the cost of the appointment. It felt like a bait and switch. Other websites (I won't name names but I could) clearly list when a particular model is only available in a very small or very large size. 2- One of the other dresses that was a standard size (guessing bridal 10-12 as I needed slight clipping to cinch in) was nice but very clearly dirty, which the attendant admitted and tried to help me "imagine" what the correct color would be by comparing to another very different dress. - I made a 75 minute appointment and thought I would be able to try on dresses based on how much time we had, but she only let me try on 6 dresses total, so I was back on the street after only 45 minutes. I can't imagine spending $5-7k on a dress that takes that level of imagining (color and or size), and I am shocked that they have not invested in a more standard size of some of the premium collection for their showroom. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience, but I see that many other brides have had really different and positive experiences. Not sure what the discrepancy was for me as I have not had any of these issues at other boutiques when it comes to sizing or timing or cleanliness. Very disappointed. read more

Visiting Bridal Breeze was such a great experience. I only visited two shops, one was more of a chain and although that was still a positive experience it wasn't the same as going here. It was a very customized and personal visit - I knew going here that there were a few dresses I loved in pictures but I tried on a handful of dresses I didn't think I would love on as much as I did. There were a lot of helpful tips and information that I got through my first visit as well and it became a no brainer when I found my dress here. I honestly could not recommend this boutique enough. There is a really beautiful collection of dresses here and lots of modern silhouettes which I loved. My first visit was very smooth and efficient, but I did not feel rushed at all trying on dresses despite the fact that I showed up late. Marina was incredibly accommodating and honest about the whole process, as well as having a great eye for picking dresses that she thinks would be flattering on you. I really wanted to thank Marina as well, as I ended up falling in love with a dress that wasn't a sample sale option for my upcoming elopement that was 2 months away. Marina went above and beyond, keeping the shop open during off hours due to my busy work schedule just so I could come try on the dress one more time before buying and so that I could pick up the dress ASAP as well. She was also able to rush ship it to the boutique and I got it earlier than expected and in time to send it in for quick alterations. I had an incredible experience here. Their website does a great job representing the curation of the store and if it matches your vibe of what you are looking for -- it's worth coming here and they truly go above and beyond in making sure you have a good experience whether you choose to buy a dress from here or not. read more

I said YES to my wedding dress at Bridal Breeze and that memory will forever hold a VERY special place in my heart. What a dream and magical moment with my loved ones. If you are looking for a private (1:1) experience, affordable yet STUNNING European dresses, a super cute and cozy boutique, and true guidance and expertise - this is your place. Such a hidden little gem. This was my first experience trying on wedding dresses and Bridal Breeze happened to be my second stop / appointment for the day. I was lucky enough to work directly with Marina, the owner of the salon, who was absolutely incredible and a true professional. Marina's boutique is charming, cozy, and so incredibly intimate - my guests and I felt so comfortable and at home. She even was playing my favorite music / playlist in the background. You can see it in all the photos, I absolutely loved working with her and was able to be and feel 100% myself. There were laughs, happy tears, and alllllll the emotions that come with trying on wedding dresses. She held space, was informative, and helped guide me through this process in the best way possible (not pushy at all). This is the first shop I went to to try on wedding dresses and they set the bar so high! My stylist (unfortunately blanking on her name now) went above and beyond and really took her time with me and my bridesmaids. Before trying on any dresses, she sat me down to understand what I'm looking for, where my venue is, and styles that I'm generally drawn to. (Side note: When booking the appointment online, there was a portion on the form that even asked about what sort of music I wanted playing during my fitting - the attention to detail was INCREDIBLE). After chatting with me, my stylist handed me 6 clothes pin to pin on dresses around the store that I'd be interested in trying on. She helped me get into every dress, pinning and sizing the dresses so that they'd fit me, and talked me through the endless alteration options I'd have with every dress I tried on. Though I didn't end up picking out a dress from here (my style is a bit more simple/modern than some of the gowns they had available), I couldn't recommend this shop enough! read more

Before coming to this shop, I hadn't had a great experience dress shopping and was left feeling that it was normal. And helped me share the experience with my bridesmaids over the phone so they could partake in the experience despite being far away. I loved my entire experience at Bridal Breeze! We decided to turn around a quick wedding (3-4 months) and I know that is incredibly fast in the wedding world. Bridal Breeze was the 4th place I went to (2 in San Diego, 2 in SF) and it was the 4th and last place! I found my dress in my first visit there and purchased it less than 24 hours later. Mary was helping me and was incredibly helpful and supportive. She was not pushy in any way and listened my feelings on each dress. The dresses are beautiful and stunning, with intricate designs and many different options. The sample dresses are also very reasonably priced. I tried on the Karolina sample dress and could not stop thinking about it. The next day I emailed to see if I could come pick it up and I did! I also ordered the matching veil which had a shipping delay (again, I ordered the dress less than 3 months away from our wedding day so this was on me!) likely due to the war in Ukraine. Mary was very responsive and came up with creative solutions to ensure I had a veil for the big day. The veil ended up arriving the week of my wedding so it all worked out, but Mary helped relieve any stresses regardless of when the new veil would arrive. Thank you Mary and Marina! In so many other stores, you see the same brands and styles, but this is not a cookie cutter store! Mary was so sweet and helpful and made me feel extremely comfortable. She pulled out some wild card dresses that ended up being my favorite. I really appreciated how upfront she was with the prices and any added costs. I loved the process of "pinning" your top three and having our consultant pick three recommendations based on my style. Marina had a way of reading my body language and reactions and knowing precisely what I should try on. The dresses are great and the service was even better. I came in very nervous about trying on wedding dresses for the first time, but Ariel immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. She took time to learn more about me and my wedding before walking me through the store. She took care to show me which sections to focus on based on my preferences and budget, giving me plenty of space and time to pick out a handful to try on. All of the dresses were beautiful, and Ariel took the time to help me understand the pros and cons of each. I fell in love with one of the dresses, which was at the lower end of my price range. While the store probably would have made more money from me buying new, she let me know I could buy the sample for 30% less. She put absolutely no pressure on me to buy anything or make firm decisions. Thanks to all of this, I felt comfortable saying YES to the dress, and I took home my dream gown the same day.
