dress with window lighting

I had a great experience at Blue Sky Bridal! They have a large selection of consigned dresses from sample sales, that were only worn once, or bought and never worn, all reasonably priced. Grace was a very patient and kind consultant. She was very accommodating with my parents and sister who came along. I chose 3 dresses initially, and Grace helped pick out the dress that I ultimately said yes to. She had me try on veils with my top two choices with the natural light from the shop's window, which was helpful because I had an outdoor wedding. There were some passerby's outside the shop window who helped seal the deal with their enthusiasm as well! I came back the next day to order my dress, put down the deposit online, and was able to pick up my dress soon after. The staff was transparent about some stitching in the strap that had come undone and what to ask the tailor for. Overall, I highly recommend this consignment store!

My experience at Blue Sky Bridal was perfection! I had my appointment at Blue Sky Bridal in between two other bridal shops. I had a fairly good idea what I was looking for but was still open to trying a bit of variety. This was my only consignment store on the list and I was excited because of the opportunity to give a dress another chance to be worn, instead of ending up in a landfill or tucked away for years. My 1 hr appointment (no fee) was with Natalie and she was amazing! She made me feel entirely at ease and comfortable. Many aspects of Blue Sky Bridal felt just right. The plants and the mid-modern look made this place inviting and cozy. The dresses were covered to protect the integrity of the consigned dresses. All information were fully displayed: the designer name, a reference photo of the dress, the height the dress was tailored for, and original and marked-down prices. The range of prices varied and I found a few dresses well below my budget (especially with the 15% anniversary sale). The organization of this place made it easy for me to go through and tag the dresses I wanted to try. I tried on approximately 7 dresses and narrowed it down to 2. Natalie guided me to the front of the store where I could try both with veils and in natural lighting. My girlfriends said I had a lot of passersbyers give their approval and one woman in particular made sure I saw her do so- we joked with Natalie that these paid actors were great at timing. Ultimately, I knew my heart was set on one but had one more place to go to before finalizing my decision. While at the next bridal store, I couldn't stop thinking about THE dress. I ended up returning to Blue Sky Bridal right before they closed to seal the deal. Natalie let me do one last check of the dress before signing the no return/exchange contract- I found a couple stains but they were not a problem. I got a few photos with my friends and of course, the obligatory "Say Yes to the Dress" photo. I appreciate the transparency, options, organization, and comfort of this place. I highly recommend Blue Sky Bridal and Natalie to my fellow future brides! * Street parking only. They don't do alterations here. They don't have sample detachable sleeves to give you an idea of what it may look like on a dress.

Shopping here was a delight, and I ultimately bought my wedding dress here. The staff was kind and went above and beyond, sourcing a black dress for me from another location that ended up being "the one"! They had lots of sizes to try on despite being a relatively small boutique space, which I really appreciate as a plus size bride. I got an amazing dress at a fair price and I couldn't have been happier with the communication and support from the team here. Thank you, Blue Sky Bridal!

Emily was very attentive & genuinely sweet. She is the one who suggested I try on the dress that I ended up actually buying. She kept my price range & style preferences in mind & found the right match for me. Her kind and bright personality helped me feel at ease even thought I was nervous. She also helped me find cute accessories & gave me expert tips about alteration options. Thank you Emily!

Allure Romance Dress

I've been to three dress shops already and have tried over 20 dresses.. the experience has been kinda overwhelming with the selection and prices. I did some research and was recommended to check out Blue Sky Bridal. Blue Sky Bridal was the fourth shop and hopefully the last.. This is a consignment store so you walk out with the dress on the same day. All the dresses are sold off the rack and at a discounted pricing. The store is smaller than other bigger name stores but the selection is nice and they rotate out the stock every few months. I came in with a budget and walked out with "the one" under my budget. Maddy was amazing and she made my shopping experience very smooth. She was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire session. I did not feel pressure or uncomfortable at all. She also helped pull dresses within my budget range, so I didn't have to worry about falling in love with a dress that I couldn't afford. I'd definitely recommend checking out this shop after trying the bigger name shop. You might find your dress here at a cheaper pricing and brand new condition.

Hi Laura! Most of our wedding dresses are priced between $800-$1,500 with our full range being $500-$3000. All of our dresses are discounted 15-40% off retail prices! Plus, they are sold off-the-rack so you get to take it home same day! We hope to… Read more

While I no longer participate in the lolita scene (due to how expensive it is to invest in quality attire and accessories), I do love seeing the dresses and accessories and appreciating the visual aesthetics. On my most recent visit in February 2026, they lock their store even during business hours, and you have to ring the doorbell to enter. Photos inside the store are forbidden. I bought a Haenuli The Story You Don't Know enamel pin, and was thrilled to find it here, as Haenuli is one of my favorite lolita designers (I had modeled for her in a fashion show, and owned a few of her designs and art). The staff was so sweet as always.

As of this writing, the doors of Angelic Pretty USA are locked for security even during business hours. To enter, you must ring the doorbell or call their store during business hours, with the phone number and instructions listed on a sign in front of the door. (I did not have this experience -- the staff noticed me and instantly let me in, probably because it was a slow day and because it helped that I was wearing lolita.) No photos of the store inside are allowed. There is only one dressing room, and if you are wearing makeup, you are required to wear a face cover to prevent makeup transfers onto clothing. There is also a rug in the dressing room that you can only step on if you're not wearing shoes. They do not accept returns (just like their Japanese stores). Pros: Angelic Pretty USA is such an adorable store with clothing evocative of a fairytale princess. The outside is already stunning with beautiful dresses in the windows, but inside, the interior is pink. All accessories and clothing are laid out in an organized fashion and illuminated to highlight each section. Due to being a "combination store" with Harajuku Hearts (though I'm not sure they use that branding actively since Angelic Pretty changed their logo), the store also sells other lolita and Japanese fashion goods from Emily Temple Cute, Swimmer, Q-pot, and Kira Imai. The staff is very kind and friendly. Angelic Pretty USA has a point card system for every $50 spent in the store; however, the point card system is only applicable to the USA store and cannot be used for online orders or sale items. Cons: Angelic Pretty USA is quite small despite how it looks outside. They also seem to get very limited stock. Based on inquiries I've made before, Angelic Pretty USA is unable to acquire items from the Japanese individual stores if their own stock has sold out (probably due to being the only Angelic Pretty store in the United States at this time of writing). They can help you special order an item from Japan, but only if it's still being sold on the Japanese online shop. The clothing can be costly and they do not accept returns. Angelic Pretty USA's postcard fairs are also really different from the Japanese stores; in Japan, the postcards are given out with purchase of 22,000 yen or more, whereas Angelic Pretty USA requires you to buy a dress with the print that the postcard is based on. Angelic Pretty also does not give out stickers with every purchase, unlike their other competing lolita brands. Overall: It was my first time in the store and I had quite a lovely experience. I was wearing lolita fashion when I visited, but my friend was not, but we were treated professionally. Angelic Pretty USA is a cute store. Popular items may be hard to obtain, so if there's something you are considering, it's best to make a decision early as they generally do not restock unless the item gets a re-release. The staff is very helpful and can guide you, but if you want to browse on your own, it's important to keep their store etiquette in mind, particularly the fact that they do not accept returns. Occasionally, Angelic Pretty holds tea party events, but as I have not been to one, I cannot adequately provide a review.

While browsing, a sales associate approached me and asked if I was pregnant. When I said no, she told me I should buy a one piece instead of the two piece I was holding because it would "look better." I had not asked for styling advice or any comments about my body. Being asked if you're pregnant and then steered toward different clothing is inappropriate and body shaming. It made me uncomfortable enough that I haven't been back since. I reported the incident to corporate via email. When someone named Cindy from their Customer Service Team called to follow up, they refused to process the complaint because I couldn't confirm the last address on an old online account, even though this happened in-store and had nothing to do with an online order. As a result, the complaint was never reviewed by corporate. Between the employee's behavior and corporate's refusal to address it, I no longer feel comfortable shopping here. Aqua Doll is a wig line. Listen Flavor has a more casual feel to their clothes. Most of their shirts, jackets, and hoodies are oversized so if you are plus size, you will probably appreciate the sizing. Listen Flavor has a lot of pastel colored pieces so if you like the Fairy Kei Look, this would be a good line. They also have gothic themed items too like cute demon bunnies. The store is also having more events which is a plus if you want to meet others in the Lolita community. You are able to buy tickets after purchasing a certain amount of merchandise. The week before Valentine's Day, they had a novelty fair (gift with purchase). I ended up with a cute pass case, perfect to put my clipper card in.
