I have to tell you - there is absolutely no one, and I mean no one, better in this business than Shonna at Bridal Galeria and Off the Rack bride. She is an absolute dream. Run don't walk to make an appointment! As a 2025 bride with a lot of ideas and desires (and anxieties!) Shonna helped streamline my process and found me the perfect dress. When I say she literally chose it for me I'm not kidding. The thing had no hanger appeal - and I was like sure, I'll try it when Shonna suggested it. I put it on and started crying. It turned out to be a vintage (00s/90s?) Carolina Herrera dress (they don't even make wedding gowns anymore) and I got it at 75 percent off. It was kismet. I had always been a Carolina Herrera fan (since I was a little girl and saw photos of her daughter's wedding in Vanity Fair) and Shonna brought that all back for me. She was so incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the process and really helped me getting everything just right for the big day. She went above and beyond. She really goes to bat for her brides. Can't say enough about her and Off the Rack has some incredible gems!! The value is totally there - and you can find things at off the rack that are actually affordable and quality. But mostly just go to meet and work with Shonna

AMAZING!! Laura helped me say Yes to the dress today!! Like many brides, I have fantasies of wearing a dreamy couture designer hand made luxurious dress on my wedding day. Since this is my second wedding, my fiancé and I are paying for it rather than my parents. So, we want to spend less on the wedding so we can have a bigger down payment on our home. Originally I planned on hunting for a designer gown online and was going to try on similar style dresses in person. I knew I would give up the Special feeling brides get when they try on "THE ONE!" Thank you Bridal Galleria and their Off The Rack Bridal for allowing me the opportunity to purchase designer dresses such as Monique Lhuillier, Lazaro and the Inbal Dror gown I purchased without sacrificing that Special Experience of finding your dress. Laura was such a wonderful bridal associate. The best I've worked with in the 6-7 fittings I've been on so far! (I shouldn't publicly bash another Sample Bridal shop on Columbus St that told me I wasn't allowed to try on gowns 45 minutes before they closed. Not to mention getting scolded for pulling the dress hanger out of a rack she said she was preparing for closing or making another bride feel bad she dragged the dress train on the floor...hmm) Laura was patient and honest without being pushy or rushing. At first I had my mind set on a bedazzled over the top big puffy princess ballgown but Laura encouraged me to try on a modern figure hugging dress. Given I'm a five foot tall mom, I was hesitant to go outside the dressing room where other people can see me. However as soon as I stepped in front of their showroom mirror, I knew it was the one. Compliments from another bride's grandma and mother gave me the reassurance to go with it even if it wasn't the style I envisioned. Laura also gave comments and suggestions for simple alterations to further enhance the dress to suit my figure and personality. Veils look all the same to me and since I never could justify paying over $100 for one, I originally was just going to buy one off EBay. Laura had me try on the matching veil just for a look, no pressure. Haha I couldn't resist, I bought that veil too no questions asked. I came here after a work meeting last Tuesday right before they closed just to browse and compare to online dresses. The dresses were so beautiful, I knew I had to come back. I'm glad I did! Dreamy wedding dresses you can only see on Pinterest and Bridal magazines at a price I was willing to pay.

I ended up being charged more than the quoted amount and had to bring my dress back a few times because she missed some basic things. I don't think the person whos doing alterations there is still there so perhaps this review is quickly outdated, but I would say there's definitely not the kind of attention to detail I would have appreciated being at this price point and for this kind of thing where attention to detail for wedding dresses is so important. Every time I've been there, there's been some brides trying on beautiful gowns, so it seems like they have a good selection of dresses if that's what you're in the market for!

First of all, PLEASE make an appointment with them. They have a small staff, and are quite busy accommodating brides! I was incredibly lucky to be greeted by Seneca, who after listening to my sob story offered to squeeze me in for an afternoon appointment to try a couple sample dresses I'd seen listed on Stillwhite. She was such a sweetheart, and when I returned for my appointment, had the two dresses I'd requested pulled, as well as a few others of the similar style. Although I didn't have a group with me, Seneca was incredibly patient and supportive while I mulled over the dresses, and hyped me up to fall in love with my original vision. Some of the sample dresses being sold are quite affordable for the budget conscious bride which was a huge plus! Additionally, I've seen fantastic reviews about their in house alterations. Highly recommend whether you're lost in your wedding dress search, or if you want an exceptional experience picking exactly what you want!

At 4'11", I knew a traditional gown would require major alterations and still might not look proportional. Lace & Liberty completely eliminated that concern by customizing my dress to my exact measurements. My appointment with Nancy was private, relaxed, and felt very personal. She guided me through several beautiful styles, and the quality of the dresses is outstanding--especially for how affordable they are. I ordered my dress in December, received it in June, completed minor alterations and bustling with their recommended tailor (And Something Blue) in July, and had my wedding in September. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Best of all, my dress was so comfortable that I stayed in it all night--even on the dance floor. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

That concept really stood out to me, so I scheduled an online consultation with high hopes. Unfortunately, my experience didn't live up to expectations. I met with Ali in March, and after the appointment, I realized that many of the 1-star reviews I had seen mentioning similar concerns were not isolated. Throughout the consultation, her tone came across as condescending and indifferent. As someone who has never been married or shopped for a wedding dress before, I naturally wasn't familiar with all the bridal terminology. Instead of guiding me through the process, she seemed irritated when I didn't know certain terms and made me feel uncomfortable for asking basic questions. At one point, I calmly mentioned that Lace and Liberty was just one of several options I was exploring, hoping it might shift the tone of the conversation--but it didn't. The interaction remained tense, and it became clear that this wasn't going to be a supportive or enjoyable experience. Wedding dress shopping should feel exciting, special, and fun--not stressful or discouraging. Because of this experience, I chose to go elsewhere, and I'm so glad I did--I ended up finding my dream dress in a much more positive and uplifting environment. If you're looking for a more welcoming and enjoyable experience, I would recommend checking out Janene's Bridal or Trudy's Bridal, where the atmosphere felt far more supportive and aligned with what dress shopping should be.

I'm beyond grateful that I didn't. If you are looking for a personable, intentional, and truly exclusive experience full of unique dresses, this is the place to go. Marina curates every single dress in her shop herself, and it shows. She knows exactly what she has and listens to what you're looking for. My favorite part of working with Marina is that she wastes no time. We had a detailed consultation and went straight into trying on dresses. She guided the process so effortlessly--pulling styles, letting me react, and identifying what I liked and didn't like about each dress. Every minute felt purposeful. She could tell right away if I wasn't in love with the dress and she narrowed it down with each try. We got closer and closer until we found the one! The dress was completely unexpected and not at all what I thought I wanted. It was straight off the runway, and somehow--with Marina's magic touch--I squeezed into a size 00. When I walked out of the dressing room, I knew immediately. There was no doubt. That moment alone was worth everything. I bought the dress that day. Marina took my measurements on the spot, and it arrived months ahead of my destination wedding. Throughout the process, she emailed me updates and checked in, which gave me so much peace of mind. I ultimately ended up getting my veil there as well because I trusted her eye completely. What truly sets Marina apart is the value she provides beyond the dress itself--her expertise, efficiency, and her care. You're not just paying for a gown; you're investing in confidence, clarity, and an experience that saves you time, stress, and second-guessing. Marina made the entire process stress-free, efficient, and genuinely special. I felt seen, supported, and taken care of in ways that other shops didn't. I am incredibly grateful for her and cannot recommend Bridal Breeze enough. Thank you Marina!! You've helped me in so many more ways than you know.

Seriously I am so overjoyed and cannot wait to wear my dress at my upcoming wedding!! I was introduced to her by a friend who bought 3 wedding dresses from her and I was floored to see how beautiful and quality they were without costing an arm and a leg and 2 Bay Area mortgages. It was a no-brainer for me to contact Judy! Overall Thought: Judy is very professional from beginning to end. Booking an appointment was easy. When I got to her studio, she was very friendly in greeting me yet very efficient, clear, and honest in asking about my vision, budget, timeline, and how we can make that happen together. After the initial visit, she was very responsive via email, and I was never left unsure about what the next step was. A super great bonus is that she is very supportive and encouraging in discussing my ideas for the dress and coming up with the design. I cannot emphasize enough how positive she made me feel throughout the design process. She was gushing over the different ideas I brought up like a very excited maid of honor! But was also realistic and honest with ideas that she thought would not have worked. Process Details: Judy offers a few different design/manufacturing/budget options, so there's a good chance that she will have something that fits your need and vision. You can get off-the-rack gowns, or pick from an existing design and she'll make a dress to fit you (either Judy's own or certain other designers' designs), or she can help you design a brand new gown from scratch. The last option is what I went with. My design was fairly simple, and she recommended some manufacturing options that could help me stay within budget. This was the perfect solution for me! I wanted a custom design, but another local designer I contacted was out of my budget range even though my design was super simple. I found a few overseas designers/manufacturers who could help create a custom design and ship the final product to me, but I was apprehensive to work with them since they cannot take my measurements, work with me in person during the design process, and provide a final fitting service unless I can make an international trip to see them. Judy was the perfect happy medium that did not compromise on design and quality! We started by having a one hour meeting where she listened to my ideas, reviewed reference photos, showed me fabric swatches, took my measurements, and sketched designs. She then sent a summary email of the design, and we corresponded via email and at a second meeting to make some adjustments until we arrived at a final illustration. Judy was very meticulous in following the details we discussed and the details that I did not have the expertise to request. For example, the types of hooks and zippers used, the linings, and the silicone liners to hold up the top, etc. Nothing was overlooked. My dress turned out even better than I had hoped for, with me having to do almost zero work after we agreed on the design and fabric. I received multiple photos to confirm the final product. And I asked a LOT of questions, all of which she answered with patience. The dress arrived within the expected timeframe, and Judy did a final fitting with me. The hip area was too narrow (which she fixed without a hitch and I came back to pick it up later), but otherwise, the dress fitted like a glove! She even helped me match my dress with the veils and gloves that I bought separately. All in all, I would 10/10 recommend her to any future brides I know! It was not only a successful process but also a genuinely pleasant one!

Unfortunately, my stylist, Emilie (owner) made a comment while helping me into a dress asking if I had already eaten lunch, which came across as body-shaming and made me feel self-conscious. I was actually on an empty stomach, so hearing that during what should be a special experience was really upsetting. Throughout the appointment, the overall tone felt rude and dismissive. I also felt like my preferences were not being listened to. I specifically mentioned that I did not want a ball gown, yet she still brought one out and had me try it on. While the dress itself was beautiful, it reinforced that she wasn't really paying attention to what I wanted. In addition, I was only given about four dresses to try on and was told there were no other options. I wasn't given any opportunity to browse the racks or pick dresses myself, which is something I've seen and experienced at other bridal appointments. Everything was pre-selected without much input from me, which made the experience feel very limited and impersonal. There were also moments where assistance felt inconsistent. The stylist would step away frequently, and it didn't feel like I had support or guidance throughout the process. The overall atmosphere just didn't feel warm, welcoming, or attentive. Additionally, when champagne was served, one person in my group was overlooked, which made things feel awkward and added to the lack of attention to detail. At the end of the appointment, there wasn't much acknowledgment or a proper send-off--we were kind of brushed off on our way out, which left a lasting negative impression. To be fair, the dresses themselves are beautiful. However, the overall experience did not match the level of service you would expect when making such an important purchase. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend spending your money here. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration so future brides can have a more supportive and positive experience.
