I said yes to the dress! And you will too if you come here! The most stunning and beautiful dresses!

What an amazing experience as a bride! I have been to many bridal boutiques, and this by far has some of the most beautiful dresses (in Arizona and California)!! I had Helen personally assist me, who was very patient and gave great advice. It was also great that she is also a designer, so she was able to see the vision I wanted in any alternations and tell me if it's possible or not to do. After many many dress fittings, I finally said yes to the most perfect dress, and can't wait to wear it on my wedding day!

And Something Blue was amazing for my wedding dress alterations! Their team was incredibly professional and made all the changes I requested, perfectly fitting the dress to me. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was just right. I felt confident and comfortable on my wedding day, and I couldn't recommend their services more highly!

I had the best experience from start to Finish at this bridal shop. They have the most beautiful dresses to choose from. I was going To settle on the Astin dress but found the one with "Ann" designed by the shop owner.

Attention all Brides! Don't go anywhere else!!! I don't know what I would have done if I had not found Irina. Not only was the whole experience of alterations so stress-free, but multiple "edits" were made to my dress to make sure it was just right, and I even laughed throughout the process. Irina gave me all the tips and tricks of a truly talented tailor and her team was awesome, including Olga who helped with my dress. My dress had crazy puff sleeves that kept falling down, and she recommended a men's toupee tape to keep them up. I mean, how else would I ever have known this? She taught me to pick up the bustle, took the waist in and out as needed, reshaped the breast area to not fall down and made the length adjustments based on my shoes. She was also totally calm and hilarious throughout and I never felt like I was asking too much. I loved coming here, it was one of the most joyful parts of the planning process. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment. P.S. my dress wasn't even from this shop, although I kind of wish I had found their selection before I bought mine. Definitely the cream of the crop bridalwear options in SF. Very responsive, very human. Very recommended :) THANK YOU IRINA!!!

Their work was impeccable!!! They hemmed and added a bustle to my dress, among a couple small other alterations.

I will definitely be checking them out for my future alteration and dry cleaning.

I let him know I had worn it for the first time on 5/26/25 for a wedding, about five hours straight. There was no damage or visible stains, but the inside of the jacket, specifically the armpit area, had a little deodorant/sweat odor from wearing it for hours. Jay reassured me they could take care of it. I had originally gone to another place first, I walked into SF Green Clean, which said they couldn't remove armpit sweat odor with dry cleaning. (To be fair, the woman I spoke with there was very sweet, so no complaints on her customer service.) That's how I ended up at Sonia's Dry Cleaners. Jay told me they'd be able to handle it, and if I wasn't satisfied after the first attempt, they'd clean it again at no extra charge. He mentioned if needed there were other chemicals they could use to get a smell out if needed/depending on the material of the jacket and that prices would vary if needed, but he looked at it and quoted me when I dropped it off for $25. I dropped it off on 5/28/25 with no rush order. When I picked it up on 6/9/25 and checked it, the odor was still present. I went back inside and spoke with Mary at the front--she was VERY kind. I pointed out the specific area I was hoping they could focus on, and she told me it would be ready by 6/12/25 and that they'd call or text me when it was done. On pickup day, I called ahead and spoke with Jay again. He was EXTREMELY kind and made it clear they truly wanted to earn my business. He even said they'd be willing to clean it a third or fourth time if necessary. That level of care and professionalism really stood out. I expected I might have to ask for a refund or run into a problem, but instead, the whole interaction was handled smoothly and respectfully. When I picked up the jacket, the smell in the armpit area was completely gone. It looked and smelled brand new, bagged and ready for the next event. It was in a clear bagged packaging and had a metal copper hanger (the copper hanger was encased in a wrapped paper like material but seeing the metal iron worried me because I've had old copper hangers rust/leave the copper residue on materials, thankfully this one didn't, but I also assume since it's wrapped that it's not meant to be hanging on it long term, but just an observation for someone who might worry like I do) I was originally leaning toward a 3-star rating because I had to return for a second cleaning and didn't receive the call/text updates I was told to expect (Mary did mention their system may have been down). But their exceptional customer service, especially the way Jay and Mary handled everything completely won me over. That extra effort earned the business 4 stars. (The dock was having to come back in due to it looking/smelling the same which was mentioned my main concern, and them not contacting me when they said it'd be ready both times) I don't know the price of more dry cleaning items but thankfully I don't do dry cleaning so often. I'll definitely be back and will update my review after my next visit. Thank you!

Her work is so good! Recently, I came back to get my bridesmaid dress hemmed and it was perfect. A few days later I noticed a stain and didn't know where it came from. So I messaged Tina regarding the stain and how to remove it, and she let me come in on her day off to remove it. (I was too scared to do it myself, in case I potentially made it worse). It's looks brand new again! I was seriously stressing with my friends wedding in less than 20 days! Thank you Tina!!!

Brides Beware: I am going to make this review as kind as I can...but for brides who need to get…read moredresses altered I do not recommend coming to Tina's. Please go somewhere else. I am also writing this knowing there will be a reply blaming me somehow, and I truly just want to help another person who has never been to tailor before. I came to Tina's looking to hem my dress, adjust the waist, and adjust the top of the dress. It seemed like a complicated series of alterations so the price of 500$ seemed justified - especially if Tina was the expert. I read reviews and pictures looked fantastic. I am a bride on a budget for a small backyard wedding. When I came to pickup my dress I tried it on and the bustle looked great. The waist seemed perfect and while the top felt weird I blamed my undergarments. I should have brought someone with me. People also tell you to not freak out if the dress fits a little different compared to when it was clipped at the bridal store, so I paid in full. After trying it on in my room again days later...something did not feel right and I decided to get a second opinion from a bridal salon. After their head seamstress looked at the dress on me she recommended I ask for a refund. She was shocked and claimed it was unacceptable alterations. The hem IS COMPLETELY uneven. I did not notice but one side is higher while the other touches the ground. Not only this but the top needs to be redone. My dress is going to be extremely difficult to fix, and overall I will be paying more than the price of the dress just to make it not look embarrassing. I am a non-confrontational person and I am not asking for a refund; but I am only writing this so that if you are like me and on a budget trying to make your life easier, just suck it up and go to a boutique. Bridalzilla is a term everyone wants to avoid but I wish I followed my gut. If your alteration is complicated go somewhere else. Looking back there were several things that should have made me leave: 1. She is working from her home so it can be awkward. 2. I was not correctly measured 3. Pins at the hem did not go around the entire dress. 4. Several people showed up at the time I was told to arrive. Things were awkward and I felt rushed

I first met Sandra about two years ago when I needed a rushed alteration on a complicated designer dress. She was incredibly meticulous and made it fit me perfectly. She made my bridal reception dress inspired by Vivienne Westwood, altered my actual Westwood ceremony dress, and designed my fully custom rehearsal look, along with two sexy black dresses, one for my bachelorette and one for New Year's Eve. She just gets it. Everything fits beautifully, feels considered, and is executed at a really high level. Sandra is skilled, attentive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with.
