They have a server come around and clean up your dirty plates. The dining area is very dark. So dark you might miss the pastries that are off to the side. The lay out of the buffet is odd. Nonetheless the variety of food is good. My favorite at this buffet were the smoked salmon, cheese Blintz, croissant, chicken sausage and the make your own omelet. They have a coffee machine that gives you 6 different options but i found it lacking. They have juice and plain coffee a well. This is a standard Hyatt Regency Buffet. I'm very thankful for it. It's a spacious restaurant so there's plenty of seating which is nice. Drinks (3.5/5): Your typical breakfast options. Tea, coffee, orange juice, and apple juice is what I remember. Nothing unique. Food (3/5): Beyond the omelets to order (I went with one with ham and cheese), they have a good number of choices. Your usual suspects for the most part. Bacon, breakfast sausage, fruit, bread, cereal, breakfast potatoes, yogurt, etc. The food was about average in my book. Much better than the free breakfast at a low-budget hotel, and I appreciated the variety, but nothing really stood out.
