There was a note inside the glass cupboard which read something like this "take any book you like, read it and return with a note included for the next reader." I was delighted! I felt like congratulating the owner for such a wonderful idea of sharing books. Growing up reading, books have been my closest companions since I could remember. This place would def be frequented by me. Equally charming were the many antique pieces set up ever so cutely in the shop with price tags (super affordable) on them! I found my new fave vintage shop! Only one was done. They seemed to have trouble finding the other. Very poor service. Very slow. Took several people are register to figure out the refund. I asked for a manager several times and the request was ignored. I will not return to their store or custom framing service.

This place has consistently gone downhill in the last six months. Tonight I asked for a 1/4 yard…read moreof two fabrics. The store is ill equipped to handle this. There is no fabric cutting table except for a small, mobile one that is not at all enough space to accurately measure and cut bolts of fabric, so you have to take them to framing and whatever employee is available cuts it. Tonight I watched this person butcher both pieces with incorrect measurements as well as crooked cutting with a dull slicer and scissors. I took them up front to the manager to explain that I was not going to purchase them. She was very rude when I tried to show her how huge one piece was and how small the other was. "I don't know math" she said when I told her I asked for a 1/4 yard. I tried to show her how much difference there was between the two pieces and she said "So don't buy them then, whatever". I walked out. This is the second time this week I have had a negative experience when asking for help. Same person cutting fabric was rude and waved her hand in the general direction of where she thought magnets were earlier this week. Combine this with the fact that the shelves are increasingly empty and there are boxes and racks all over the floors. It's starting to look like JoAnns before that went out of business. I have shopped at this store for years and will not be going back.

Even though it is an outlet mall, I noticed the items I got were almost the same prices online except a few dollars less. Being the largest mall in Virginia and one level , it was hard to navigate and I couldn't find signs leading to Earthbound. I got lost twice. I plan to visit this place again when it is not so crowded in the future. The service we received in the stores we browsed in were good and professional. We found a good bargain for a sturdy metal carry on luggage with wheels for $40. I loved the clothes I wanted online yet was never able to get until recently.
