The girls who work there are nice but the manager doesn't seem to care about new customers. I finally got off early for the OP17 pre release event, which I signed up for, and was told to leave because the event was full. He mentioned the TCG page had bugged and there was also a lottery I was not aware of. "Try again next time" is an answer I'm quite tired of hearing from their manager.
