I was still at the counter and asked if i got it home and it didn't light up what was the return policy and was told there was a no return policy. The counter clerk checked with the manager and came back and told me i was out of luck since there was a no return policy. They are unscrupulous and thieves at that store. It's like going to a haunted house, minus the entrance fee!! They have displays up that are super creepy and fun! I love bringing my old stuff in and shopping while they evaluate it. I live in Oregon now but I make sure to hang on to my credit slips for my next visit. The parking lot is huge but it can still be hard to find a spot on weekends. The store is clean, as are the bathrooms. The people working here are a real delight and are always super friendly and ready to help out with whatever you need. I will always be a Bookmans fan as long as they exist.
