They will give you store credit or you can exchange it for something at same value. I do appreciate them taking music as a trade or credit. I had a CD from 2017 that I bought and never opened. I received some credit for it, better than it sitting in my cabinet unopened and unplayed. I also really think it is cool listening to a new album on release day. They have listening parties now! The people are super sweet and are exactly the kind of people I would want to be friends with. There is a ton of parking in front and in the back. The doors are automatic and there's an elevator and accessible bathroom so the whole building is very accessible. The really designed their new location around being inclusive to everybody and I love seeing that in Arizona. I go here every time I visit Tucson and always look forward to my next trip.
