Had a great time talking with the gentleman there who had a good knowledge of the products and particularly his passion for vintage transformers. Got several cool items at a good price.. Some I didn't even know existed. He showed me around and we talked a lot. Customers came and bought and went while I was still there. Also have some comic material such as Batman, Star Wars, and Thor. 4 stars only because was a bit frustrating that they wouldn't stamp my daughters reward card because they said it was from the Citrus mall location and they only stamp their location. Umm never had this issue between the Citrus and Premium Outlet locations since it's the same freakin store! But whatever. There was quite a bit of blood and mall security had to come with first aid and file an incident report (they noticed, documented, and photographed the sharp metal edges) We had only rode the thing for maybe 2 mins (we paid for 20) and mall security brought the thing back to the mall stand and let the operator know what happened. Anyways, the guy working at the kiosk had the nerve to say there's no way it could have cut me and if it did it was my sons fault. My son is 6 and this had tears rolling down his face. Why the heck is there razor sharp medal edges on something that small children ride around a crowded shopping mall? Then, kiosk dude tells me he wouldn't refund me, he would just give me a free pass for next time. NEXT TIME? This piece of crap sliced me open. I'll never be back. Think twice before wasting your $8- you, or an innocent bystander may end up with a hospital visit.

The Black Oak Workshop dice were great (I got 2 sets) and they had lots of really beautiful dice sets from other manufacturers if you are looking to add to a collection. Also, they have a good diversity of in-store events like ongoing Dragonbane, Red Dragon Inn, and Shadows of Brimstone campaigns that are open for drop ins. Which I left there brand new in the box. When I went to go pick it up I wanted to buy an Scx24 since it's an hour from my house it makes it easier to come 1 time. The heavier set guy was very rude and made me just want to leave rather than shopping. I have a few other scale projects I need worked on but I don't want to wait a month then made very uncomfortable by someone with such a negative attitude. Definitely rather go anywhere but here.
