Anyway, I was looking for Buffy the Vampire Slayer graphic novels. Specifically Season 8 which happens to be the canonical continuation of the TV series. It's no longer published by Dark Horse Comics, and I wasn't about to pay the crazy prices for the ones listed on Amazon. I couldn't find them at first, and had to ask. The store is full of all kinds of comic memorabilia including action figures and games. It was a little overwhelming until I asked specifically where it would be. I was led to a shelf full of Buffy. I found quite a few paperback volumes that I was missing, and they were reasonably priced. They are also having a 30 year anniversary sale this month. I was able to get 30% off the graphic novels. The staff was also friendly and helpful. It's just a great place to get those hard to find items.

We were able to navigate (despite the shifting shelves) through sections that appealed to our diverse tastes. When we couldn't find a specific title, a member of the BaM crew worked their magic, manifested the book, and made our afternoon! There was an issue with a QRcode and coupon, the clerk was so helpful. Each of us got what our book-nerd hearts needed, and at a great cost.
