The only downside to this store is that it has a very strong smell of cigarettes. The old store smelled the same too. It's off putting buying something from this store when the cigarette smell is sooo strong. I was really hoping this would not be an issue when they moved stores. The air freshener does not cover up the smell guys. For the sake of your customers, maybe take the smokes outside?

The customer service of this place the second time I went was nice as the lady at the cash register asked if I'd like to open and check what mystery item I got just in case I got a duplicate and wanted to exchange or do something else with it which was pretty nice, I did end up keeping them even though I did get a duplicate but the items I got are ones that I am very happy about :) I did blow an easy around $230 for one bag of items in around 10-15 minutes though so BE CAREFUL don't be like me!! I would save my money to blow on it here later some other day if they had more variety/more unpopular shows because it would be cool to see some merch from shows that aren't mainstreamed

They were even the first store in the states to demo the new Gundam Card game while I was there. Talk about good timing. Huge Selection of Gundam. They are in the process of changing their name to Mecha from Japan, since they carry other model kits too. Prices were reasonable, but 1000% worth it just to have a store like this. I could have spent all day there. I picked up a Hyaku-Shiki MG while I was there. A MUST visit if you are in the Tampa area!
