Which was a great and niche game, however I'm unsure if it was the representatives or staff themselves but their PR seemed a bit lacking. While I'm not going to defend WOTC or Hasbro ever it was odd at how focused the tear down of other card games was compared to the actual build up of it. Fast forward and The Spoils has long been dead. Still a great game that I play from time to time. At the time it also had excellent card choices but was extremely picky about the food rules which was odd given how Tampa is a huge city and huge city card shops tend to be more lax.

Over the prerelease weekend I spent $220 for just the prereleases boxes. I preordered ahead and selected one of EACH character and the final prerelease day was my favorite character and most desired box of them all. Upon coming in to get my box, however, I was told they ran out because the inventory count was not correct. As compensation I was given 2 promo packs for Edge of Eternities (a drop I have less than 0 interest in) and a Toph dice bag (which based off looking online was another promo type item the store was probably supposed to give out at the prerelease). Instead of Toph I recieved another Katara to play with (my least liked of all the boxes). I was shopping around the store to try retail therapy to spin my mood only to learn the REAL TRUTH about why my preordered box was not available. Freedom informed me on how most people that ordered prereleases didn't realize they all selected Aang and when they arrived and someone allowed all those people to change the character box! I figured as a compromise since I really wanted the cards that come standard in the seeded pack in the Toph prerelease that I could get the beginner box ($30 I believe) or a mark down on the box as it contains some of the same cards in the earthbending pack as the prerelease seeded pack and I would just try and find a place to order my die later. My requests were turned down. I now have to OVER PAY for both a Toph die and prerelease box. As a result my pod and I are FINISHED going to Coolstuffgames prereleases or spending any money here all together.

I love the variety that they have and they even have a toy train setup that kids can play with! This place has toys that are catered to young children and I love that so much because you don't find many stores like that anymore. Restroom is not for public use. I would defintely return. They have ALL KINDS of board games and puzzles. I was able to find a couple of great toys for my toddler for Christmas so I exited with a smile on my face. I noticed that all toys are appropriately priced and if they run out of something, they will try to get it for you (that's the vibe I got when talking to the owner). I will definitely be back for years to come!

BUT THEY WHERE BEATIFUL!!!! SUCH AMAZING KEPT CARDS, not only that I reached out to them to let them know my mail men have been short staffed so the packages have been getting destroyed and they TRIPPED WRAPPED IT FOR ME!!!
