Saw a room filled with people sitting at tables playing cards. The products they carry (varies cards/games) is tightly packed together on walls surrounding the tables which you can't even access due to the room being filled with people in chairs. Tried to overlook the horrible layout and search the products on the walls for Pokemon cards (most of the product did not even have a price tag). After rude stares and gawking, one man decided to say "if you're looking for Pokémon - we're out" without even looking up from the game he was playing with another person there. You have no idea who is working there and what they have in stock because you can't access it. This is not a "store" as advertised. This is a club house for people to play games. I would not recommend to any one unless you want to feel like an outsider from their weird club.

Wow. I presume the folks leaving negative reviews have never used other grading companies and my…read morelast 3 submissions have been nothing short of spectacular. After countless bad experiences with PSA (the worst) and Beckett grading (not horrible but difficult to get high grades) I decided to give CGC a shot and I could not believe how simple the submission process was! To make a good experience even better I was in a state of disbelief when 2 weeks after my submission the cards were already graded and being returned to me! Other grading companies can take upwards to 2 months and sometime 3 and CGC has routinely returned mine within a few weeks. They graded high and fair which I felt was accurate and I also submitted a few PSA graded cards for re-grading with CGC because they clearly weren't the low grades PSA assigned and CGC returned them with higher grades which I felt was fair and accurate. Everything about this company resonates positively with me and not only this, but their slabs are some of the industry's finest.

Big store with tons of selections…read more I was nervous from pictures that this would be all comic books. I was a little relieved when we pulled up and there was a sign that included toys. We were here on a very specific mission, one son was looking for ghostbusters toys and the other was looking for pokemon cards. One of the employees told us that they get the most calls from people looking for pokemon cards. So I don't bury the lead, they don't have just packs of pokemon cards, but they do have a set that includes multiple packs for $60. We ended up getting that for my older son and I've been giving him a pack every couple of days. I was little nervous about our mission to find ghostbuster stuff. There were tons of star wars stuff and a lot of funko figurines. We did find ghostbuster funko figures, but that wasn't really what we were looking for. Eventually after walking around a bit, we did find three small ghostbuster items. I think they're meant to be kept on a desk, but my son has been playing with them like they're toys. I haven't seen ghostbusters so I'm not going to describe this well, but they are items to track and then trap ghosts. He was ecstatic that we found them, so mission accomplished. If you're looking for comic books then this is heaven. If you're looking for specific toys, it may be hit or miss, but for us it was a hit. This is definitely a place worth checking out.

The only thing this place has going with it is that they have a nice selection of pinball machines…read more This is unfortunate though, because then you have to deal with the staff. The "manager" (only employee in the store) used every sales tactic in the book to manipulate us into buying their most expensive machine. He even made the claim that "These things are guaranteed to go up in value $700 a year". Knowing a bit about the pinball market, I knew the pin was overpriced by about $2k, even with the added mods. After going back and forth, the manager called the owner. The owner said he had the same pinball machine in his warehouse (about 20 miles away from the store) but without the mods that he would sell for a price that we both agreed upon. He even texted us the address mentioning the price in the message. When we got to the warehouse, the technician showed us the pin. It was as described so we handed over the agreed upon amount. He asked if we were going to put the rest on a credit card. He said he was told that he was not to "let it go" for less than $1k over the price we had negotiated. We showed him the text message. He called the owner. He said that there had been a lot of interest so he had to up the price. That is as dishonest and manipulative as you can get. I believe this mentality is exhibited in all his store locations. Buyer beware!
