Warm, inviting, and an escape from the regular day to day stuff. The owners are more friends with everyone that comes in than any other duo I've met. In one visit I've seen a parent and child ripping together, people playing/sorting magic cards and someone who isn't even buying just shooting the breeze and talking sports with one of the owners. In a time when people are treating hobbies like a get rich quick scheme it's nice to come somewhere where people are still just doing something for the love of the product. If I could give 100 stars I would.

The products are appropriately priced unlike some other LCS's and the fact that they are a top certified dealer where you can engage with the buyback options is the cherry on top. This is only one out of two local card shops that I frequent because they aren't all about the money like the baseball card clubhouse with its greedy owner and that stupid dog over there that wants to eat you every time you step through the door.

The woman in the aisles told me they had none in the store. When I told her that I found them on line, she said, "You should have called." Direct and to the point. She kept working. I browsed the aisles, and found some items I needed, and got in line to pay. While waiting, I decided to buy face covers with my 50% off coupon - $9.99 instead of $19.99. Cashier was friendly and efficient. Today, Raven helped me get a refund for the face covers. The material was too thin and too small for Husband. Raven was polite, efficient, and I knew she was smiling behind her face mask. I was in and out in record time. The store is clean, well laid out, has great inventory, and most of the staff are a joy. All wore masks, and stickers on the floor helped check outs maintain social distancing. I will continue to patronize this location - especially for Raven!

This particular Michael's isn't that big. They had some good sales going on…read more I always like Michael's because you can find everything you need for any craft plus more. They always have a coupon for most stuff and I really like they appreciate the Military and give us a discount. Although you can only use one couple at a time. I bought a cricut maker and am so excited to use it. They had a lot of the supplies for the machine on sale which is a big plus. Supplies and the machine are not cheap but I hope to make some money one I learn how to use it.
