A buddy and I drove down for some Spring Training games and decided to hit a bunch of card shops…read morewhile we were in town. This shop was my favorite one, by far! The owner was very kind and welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we walked in. He had a nice selection of wax and Topps apparel, but his selection of PSA graded cards was off the chart! I had never seen so many for sale in one store! I settled on a PSA 10 Junior Caminero auto RC and was extremely happy with the price. I made a point to call the shop owner when we returned to North Carolina and tell him just how special his shop is, and he was equally as kind and appreciative as he was the day we were there. I gladly recommend this shop and the owner to any collector, whether they're new to the game or a seasoned veteran. I am extremely grateful for the time that I spent there in his shop.

My first time visiting and I was impressed with a comic store so close to Oldsmar. Also a good selection of comic supplies such as boxes, Mylar bags, backing boards, and more. Since my main concern was comics, I checked over their huge collections, very well organized. Also a fair stock of many Silver Age books. Since I am in the process of downsizing my 60+ year collection of mostly Golden Age and Silver Age, about the only things I am looking for is (1) an affordable Batman #1 (LOL) and a handful of EC comics from the 50s. But I came for a specific reason - to get a long box of comics to share with grandkids and mostly donate to the local USO. There is a whole wall of long box comics on sale for $1 individual, plus a long box of your choice for $75. One row across the top and another on the floor beneath. I spent about 90 minutes grazing through for appropriate books for service members and families, nothing PG or higher. The manager was very knowledgeable about comics and very helpful. I did bring my own long box to fill.

When we walked in he stared at us, and said I sold them all. Okay.. he was very rude to the point I wanted to leave. I wrote a review on Google and he responded with I had a 103 fever, and a severe case of flu, omg with covid, I can't afford to be sick and lose work. Stay home close shop, nope he didn't care to not give it to customers, nor does he care to not be extremely rude either. Stay clear unless you like rude owner.

I brought in over 500 Marvel Silver Age comic books to sell. When I left the store I will admit felt glad but a little apprehensive. Three days later I get a call that all my books were sold and I could come in and get my money. I was really surprised. Not only did I do better then I thought but I also found someone I could talk comics with. I have about another 1000 DC comics to sell and will head to The Comic Underground when I can pull them out of storage and go through them. It tough giving up your babies, but I glad The Comic Underground is around.

Warm, inviting, and an escape from the regular day to day stuff. The owners are more friends with everyone that comes in than any other duo I've met. In one visit I've seen a parent and child ripping together, people playing/sorting magic cards and someone who isn't even buying just shooting the breeze and talking sports with one of the owners. In a time when people are treating hobbies like a get rich quick scheme it's nice to come somewhere where people are still just doing something for the love of the product. I happened to find the perfect thing, 2 silk neckties with art created by Jerry Garcia as a Father's Day gift for my husband! Yup, Jerry Garcia did some neck tie art, I remember the store of all his silk ties in a mall back in the 90's! I bought the prettiest one as a gift for my brother and he hated it and returned it (what a square! lol), I always wished I had just kept it for myself! Well, now I get to gift this fabulous wearable art to my husband who has a more refined sense of whimsy! The lady behind the counter was a little rough around the edges, but the store was really cute.
