Fixed a bad wire and adjusted the headlights to the right height. I asked how much and they said no charge just remember us if you need us in the future. Sure it was a relatively quick little job for a pro but still. Wow! Well six months later I needed them. My nice car got a dent left front. It was fixed ahead of schedule at a fair price. The work was professional and even with my picky eye I couldn't tell they had even touched it. Highly recommend.

Josh arrived within 30 minutes of my Saturday afternoon call and was extremely polite, kind, and helpful. He also listened to my car story and offered support and encouragement. The next day, Sunday, I called Tom's again to schedule a tow for Monday morning. I needed to get my car to a shop that worked on manual transmissions. Martha at Tom's took my information over the phone and said the car would be picked up between 7:30am and 8:00am Monday morning and towed to the requested shop. A few minutes before 8:00am Monday morning, Martha called to let me know my car was being transported. I'm grateful to Josh, Martha, and the crew at Tom's for providing an invaluable service. When I pointed Chase the owner he stated that once u go through your first wash it will have scratches. To some degree he is right, not WET sanding scratches.at that time I noticed another area not fixed and was able to get the dealership to approve that repair as well. When I came to pick up my vehicle after the secondary fix I noticed overspray inside the vehicle on the center infotainment display, head up display, shifter, various piano black finishes, and the instrument cluster display. Talked to Zane and immediately brought vehicle back that same Friday. Zane called before close and told me he applied a compound and that there may be a "haze". I picked up the car and went to get dinner and noticed the left driver window had severe overspray on it as well. Dropped the car off on Sunday as I work Saturdays...then crickets. Call Zane to do follow up and just keep being brushed off. Go in today March 2nd to have a discussion on how to proceed on the damages that were incurred while at the facility and the tldr is they refuse to fix what happened in there possession. I will include photos below. I will be filing attorney general complaint, submitting this review to all other socials, and taking the to court for the diminished value, loss of use, and my deductible. What a shame that the owner cant even have the stones to listen and apologize when something happens on a customers 80k car. Overspray on windows, not properly masked off and 0 accountability. Below are pictures of damage and the last one it the screen before repairs. Update. Went to charge the vehicle and noticed overspray on. My left rear rim which is the rear paint repair on quarter...but no call, text, or email. But they are sure to deny this too...what a shame they used to be better than this.

This is a newer, garage-kept, well-maintained vehicle, and the damage occurred while it was under the care of Recon Techs. When we returned to the business to address our concerns, the owner was nasty and confrontational and immediately dismissed the issue, blaming an automatic car wash, which was not the cause. We took the vehicle to a local auto body shop for an independent opinion. Without knowing where the car had been detailed, they confirmed the scratches were not consistent with car wash damage and were most likely caused by a dirty microfiber cloth. We then asked for recommendations on where to take the car for repairs and, coincidentally, they recommended Recon Tech, unaware that this was where the vehicle had been detailed. This auto body shop frequently refers clients to Recon Tech, but after seeing the damage on our vehicle, the owner stated he could no longer, in good conscience, continue referring customers to this business. We gave Recon Tech the opportunity to make things right, but they refused to work with us to resolve the situation.
