They're extremely thorough, even to the point of looking at which way the water and sludge from the roof is going to go and letting neighbors know that if any gets on their house and yard he'll clean that up, too. Then, when we had work done re-stuccoing a perimeter wall and the worker left the grounds messy, Frank came back out and cleaned it up as good as new. All of this for what I consider very reasonable rates. Well worth it, and we'll being calling him again.

Communication timeliness was good. I was shown many photos of previous jobs and after seeing…read morereviews decided to go with them. It was $250 for my back patio and one side of my house. As you can see from the photos, not much difference between the before and after. Also, lack of attention to detail as they sprayed around my fire pit and didn't bother to clean it off afterwards. When I contacted them afterwards I was told the concrete was old and stained which would have been nice to know before they started working if the pressure washing wasn't going to make any difference. Additionally, they had a hard time moving the large patio couch so they left it but also sprayed all over the pillows as seen in the pictures. I was able to move the couch by myself so I'm not sure why two grown men were not able to. The window of arrival was also 9-10am but they didn't arrive until closer to 10:45. I guess you get what you pay for?

I knew the owner, John, he is a good guy. However, John doesn't go to the field a anymore. His…read morebusiness partner is pushy. He suggested me to upgrade my panel even before any balance load test was done. Not only that, he said that AC (Alternating Current) cause mechanical vibration thus it is normal that the fix he did would only last for 6 months by claiming that the bus is pitted, even though 6 months ago he said the bus is clean and not pitted. I ended up calling a trustworthy electrician. He confirmed the fix was ok, bus is not pitted, and it is simply caused by bad circuit breakers, not because of the panel. Business is about trust. Once you pushed for 200A panel upgrade EVEN before doing balance load test made me unable to trust you. The balance load shows that the max I use is only 46A. And it is well balanced between 2 buses. My current 100A panel is more than enough. John offered to check for free to honor the warranty, and will charge if it's a different issue. Make sense. But then his business partner called me and said that he will charge me if he comes to check, and kept blaming the panel. I think he just doesn't want to honor the warranty. Summary: They did a good job, but don't expect any warranty. Be ready to deal with intimidating upselling tactics by the business partner. I really wish John has a different business partner.

I am a builder and I build custom homes and have used this company to clean my windows after the completion of a new project. I scheduled the appointment a week in advance because my home was about to be listed for sale. The crew arrived more than an hour late with only two people and then had to immediately leave and return 3 hours later with additional workers. Mind you I had told them how many windows they were and they have already cleaned this Home two previous times, but fine. They eventually cleaned the windows using the wrong water tank. Instead of soft water, they used an empty tank with hard water, leaving spotting across every window in my home. The company acknowledged the mistake and promised to correct it. They returned two days later, after several phone calls, but completed only about 25%. The weekend passed, and although an employee called the following Monday to say they had not forgotten about me, another full day went by without anyone actually scheduling the remaining work. At this point, a week has passed since the original appointment. I texted the company and asked for a refund for the unfinished portion of the job. I also asked them not to continue calling me. Between arriving late, initially sending an insufficient crew, damaging the appearance of every window with hard-water spotting, and now requiring what would have been a third visit to complete one job, I could no longer wait, especially with the house about to go on the market. What happened next was the most disturbing part. Rather than having the owner contact me, apologize, and issue a refund, the company had the employee call and text me, saying the mistake was "on him" and that he would be fired if I did not allow him to return and finish the work. I ultimately told the employee to keep the money because I was not going to participate in an owner placing that kind of pressure on an employee over a legitimate mistake. Mistakes happen. Using the wrong tank happens, but it could have been resolved my prioritizing mistakes and making them right. Failing to prioritize the correction, and then making the employee's job contingent upon my allowing yet another visit, was completely unacceptable. After being a repeat customer for years, I will never use this company again.

The fact that Brian returned my call on a Sunday was an indication that he would work to make things right and he did!
