Do not shop at Ross for Less in Franklin Indiana my daughter and I went there and we found some…read morejeans on the clearance rack so my daughter decide to get them we had got a lot of other things that probably would have added up to almost $300 worth of stuff when we went to go check out the girl ripped off the clearance tags and said nope this isn't for that but it was on there with there price gun with the security tags on it on so we asked to speak to the manager and that cashier she was rude and snooty well then we explain to the manager and she said oh no you can't have it for this price this is not right. She took everything out of our bag that the cashier is already rang up and was examining that I said no they already rang up one pair of pants from that clearance rack then she decided to rip those off too so I told her we didn't want any of our staff and she said well have a good day and a snotty manber now if I am right and I know I am they were supposed to let us have it for that price because they are the one that marked down with their gun.There's no way possible that we could have done it we don't have a gun to put new prices on them. so don't go to that store at all.

What a great shop! As I sit here writing this I'm wearing two items I purchased there at my last…read morevisit. It is full of the whole range of clothing for women as well as shoes and bags and other accessories. It is laid out in sizes and styles (tops versus sweaters etc). It has quite a few racks but seems well spaced, but it might be hard to navigate if you have mobility challenges. There are no steps leading into the store however so that is great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are several spacious fitting rooms as well as a bathroom (for those shopping after a coffee break)! I loved their sales items which gave me some great deals, but I was also able to get some fun nicer stuff outfits for friends and pick up some gifts. I've been back a few times and love just browsing. It is a great spot for slightly used but well maintained items. Often too I've come home with brand new things with original tags still attached! I would highly recommend this option for those wanting to save on brand new purchases but get some good options. She says horrible things to anyone who tries to get her to see her wrongdoing before blocking them. This woman is horrible and the clothes here are tacky and overpriced
