I can't stay out of this shop! There is so much good stuff to take in and check out, I can wander around for well over an hour. It smells so devine and the vibe is so calming, that it feels more like a healing/centering moment, rather than shopping. The staff really put the cherry on top. My first trip in, the sweetest gal approached me and made some spot on suggestions, based on what she saw me checking out. What really took me aback was when she just seemed to intuitively know my birth sign. I've always had insightful and genuine conversations with at least one staff member, if not more, when I visit. Never feel like I'm being "sold" on anything, but gifted with knowledge and genuine guidance. Inner Path has a little bit of everything you'd expect to find in a metaphysical store, and then some. I was surprised to also find a decent amount of items that reference God and things I would affiliate with Christianity, nestled amongst Tarot cards and Witch's Brew coffee cups. I was so elated to find this store. I waited an hour for them to open at 11am. I walked in and the manager or the employee at the front counter didn't speak or acknowledge me. I was so hurt because I REFUSE to spend money where there isn't a welcome. The store was EVERYTHING that I was looking for but I didn't spend a dime. I even walked around to see if they would speak to others as they entered and lo and behold they welcomed them with such kindness. I will not return! Lesson learned read more

I'm always on the hunt for crystals and candles and herbs, etc. I had gone to the mall and figured I'd see if there was a shop that sells crystals on the south side. I have been to one in Lebanon and one on the west side. I was pleasantly surprised to find Inner Path and they had a uch a wide selection of things to choose from. I absolutely LOVED this cute little metaphysical store. As soon as you walk through the doors you get an instant uplifting feeling. There is a wind chime corner immediately to the right as you walk in that also has a very large Amethyst crystal Geode cluster . I had to sit there for a few moments because it was so lovely! That would make a great mediation idea for one's home... I did not get to look at everything as I tend to get sucked into the crystals in all stores, lol. But what I did experience the short time I was there was nice. They have a wonderful selection of crystals that are hand picked by the owner themself. The staff were very friendly, especially a lady named Bobbie. She was very pleasant. Having recently moved to the area I was very excited my sis came to visit from out of state and found this lovely little store not too far from my new home. read more

Promoting Love, Healing, and Peace is at the core of what guides the fine folks at "Inner Path," a sister store to one of my long-standing favorite spirituality retail outlets in Indy - New Age People. Now then, I bet I've already lost some readers. The term "New Age" freaks a lot of folks out. I can understand that, but even with my fairly traditional faith-based background I've long felt quite comfortable in the New Age community and find myself grateful for alternative approaches to spirituality, religious practice, mysticism, culture and more. I sort of stumbled across Inner Path. I was down on the Southside of Indy grabbing a nearby Geocache and decided to stop and get a haircut. As I have very little hair to actually cut, this typically means a stop at the nearest Great Clips. In this case, it just happens to be next door to Inner Path. Inner Path is located in a strip center on Shelby Street right near where US 31 and Shelby meet. There's accessible parking and a nice curb cut practically in front of Inner Path. The double-sided glass doors are a touch heavy, though if I'd gone any slower I'm pretty sure one of the employees would have met me at the door - they did open the door on my way out. I fell in love with Inner Path rather quickly. As a believer in energy, I recently completed my Reiki Master training, I instantly felt invigorated by the energy of both the store and its employees. One employee, in particular, set out to make sure I could wheel my way through the store - her efforts were appreciated, though it's worth noting that Inner Path was already pretty darn accessible. If you're familiar with New Age People or, for that matter, anything related to New Age or New Thought, then you already have a good idea what to expect from Inner Path. Inner Path hosts psychics, services, classes, events, and a variety of groups. Inside the store, you'll see everything from candles/incense to crystals, books, CD's, jewelry, some clothing items, diffusers, and a wide variety of items secondary to following one's own spiritual journey with the majority leaning toward Eastern religion/philosophy but a good amount of diversity present including some devoted to the more mystical side of Christianity. Inner Path is modestly smaller than New Age People, though it's situated quite nicely with smaller rooms for readings/1:1 consults and a larger room for classes. The employees? They were exceptional. I was a newcomer, but I was welcomed warmly and that didn't change even with a fairly modest purchase of only incense. There were a couple spots in the store that weren't particularly wheelchair friendly - there was a small step up into them. Some could probably handle the step, but some definitely could not. While I live in Lawrence and won't likely be a regular at Inner Path, there's an energy present that draws you in and I won't hesitate to stop back in when I'm on the Southside of town. With high quality products and simply stellar customer service, Inner Path is a tremendous option for those on a more eclectic spiritual journey looking for a safe place to explore exactly what that means. Found this place on here searching. We went today looking for a red dragon statue. They did not have what I wanted but they did take my name and number and will call if the end up having one come in! The ladies are all nice there! Very helpful. Wonderful place to go into. The wind chimes are beautiful! They had some rock bonsai trees... I fell in love $400 one almost came home with me! Inner Path is a joke! Their staff and owner are RUDE..mainly Nicole! I have been in there a few times, hearing her foul mouth, on at least 2 occasions. UNPROFESSIONAL! The 3rd time? Unfortunately there she was again, but this time whispering to co-workers on how one of the customers that walked in was dressed. It is supposed to be a loving amd welcoming environment! The owner? He probably should talk quieter, inappropriate conv. while us customers are in there! I had so many gifts to buy for different occasions since COVID happened. One thing I've discovered by doing this review: Yelp needs more categories for shopping! Inner Path is a combination of jewelry, book, gift and supply store for seekers on pretty much any spiritual path. Plus, this store offers psychic readings, yoga classes, meditation, and a host of other interactive and education based opportunities to find peace, meaning and inspiration in this world. Inner Path is the sister store to the north side's New Age People - the owner here is the son of the couple who own NAP. We literally spent over an hour in here! We don't usually spend as much time at New Age People, which we later talked about. I think the staff here - forgive me, please, wonderful individual who gave us the unofficial tour of the shop and helped us with our purchases - is just so warm and welcoming that we didn't want to leave! At NAP, we don't often see anybody come out from behind the jewelry counter, the opposite is true at Inner Path. We even indulged ourselves with a "his and hers" Tarot reading with Margo - laugh if you must, but we both found her insights eerily accurate. Other finds here included a brand of patchouli incense we had not tried - it was fabulous - and a Snatam Kaur "Live in Concert" CD with bonus DVD track. I will do my best to not sound like a blabbering weirdo. It's hard not to with a store like this! I love spiritual stores. They allow for amazing home decor, jewelry for every day life, items to use during practice and meditation, and simply just gifts for loved ones. The love of my life and I are very similar on our beliefs. We have not been connected to our spiritual side in some time. Visiting this store helped up regain faith in not spending money on products, but using our gifts to better heal our lives. Also knowing Inner Path is a sister store to New Age People is a HUGE bonus in my book. The amount of candles available left me speechless. They have a wide range of statues, unlike other locations I have been to. The main reason I went is because I heard they had Swan Creek candles. I wanted to buy them ALL! They smell absolutely amazing, and bonus: they are soy! I use to go to New Age People once a week when I lived on the north side. This was my first time being at Inner Path and it won't be my last. This is my favorite store on earth! The senses are soothed in its ambiance. Ths staff are always welcoming. The classes are great. I love engaging my inner soul here and finding just exactly what I need to pursue my creative expressions. The sound healing bowls are intriguing. I also have been giving memory chimes in lieu of flowers as gifts and find their selection great! It is a destination trip for my family. It's a decent enough store. The staff is lacking though. Yesterday, I went in with my partner who is a POC. When I went in, a piece of wax paper fell off the sticker I wanted to buy and I didn't notice. Their eyes just happened to fall on my partner, the ONLY POC in the store. I was the one holding the stickers and I was the one who was just in that spot. She was on the complete other side of the store. I know they saw both of us because they hadn't taken their eyes off of us during the entire visit. I saw the tall mans exchange to the other employee and he told her "I just found this on the floor." And gestured to my partner and said "just watch her." First of all, who steals a $2.50 sticker? Second, I was the one who was just in that spot so why didn't you look to me? Beforehand, they wouldn't stop asking us if we need help, he came up to us at least 4 times asking us if we needed help, and she only asked a couple of times. He asked if we needed him to take the items to the front. It was nice enough to ask us if we need help the first time, but doing it continuously especially when you aren't doing it to others in the store? Not cool. I hope the two employees educate themselves on stereotypes and are taught how to be kind to customers. The racism is STRONG in this store. For a place meant for spirituality and peace, we felt none of it. I see other reviews that are like this one, and it seems nothing has changed. It was very disappointing. Hello I'm not sure who this message should be addressed to as I do not know who the owners of interpath are. However I just wanted to take a moment to say that we have been customers of inner path for quite a while we have always enjoyed our experiences there as this is where we go to find things that help us heal keep our bodies in line and our minds Sharp inner path has always been a very important part of that, as you are one of the only local retailers in our area. I always had good experiences up until May 27th of this year I went in as my husband loves bracelets from your store I bought two bracelets had both of my granddaughters with me upon that encounter we encountered a girl named Nicole who was extremely rude not helpful at all made us all feel terrible I put it off to maybe her having a bad day as we all have them got my purchases and left. We were in the middle of a pandemic so getting back to your store in a timely manner was not a very easy task I gave my husband his two bracelets which he loved he wore each of them one time on the second time wearing the other one would not latch I went back to the store about a month ago and let them know that it was broken and asked if I could have an exchange again I encountered Nicole who was very rude very unwilling to help and I asked her what we should do she took the bracelet and as we went through the store shopping for the things that we were getting upon arriving back to the counter she said I've tried to fix it you're going to have to go to a hobby lobby and get magnets to fix it I said that I would like my money back for it at that point she asked if I had the receipt I said no I did not however I had the credit card that I purchased it on upon thinking about it for a few moments I realized I remembered the exact date she was able to pull up the receipt with no problem meanwhile all the time being extremely rude her energy was toxic and we all were very upset. She found the receipt and I said we would just like to exchange it for something else at which time we did Nicole was very rude to other employees in the store at that time there were several employees that we have encountered that were in there at that moment that have always been very kind and wonderful and helpful. I would say one time having a bad day is maybe acceptable but when you are so extremely rude to someone that comes into a store that promotes healing and well-being and peace and you encounter such a horrible toxic mean person I felt like I needed to go home and sage for 7 days. We love your store but will not frequent there any longer as I feel a place of healing should be just that a place of healing where you're treated with dignity respect of which we did not get I wish you all the best of luck but I would say if I was the owner of the store and if Nicole happens to be the owner of the store and you're reading this message you should know how you make people feel. Listen I am all for positive thinking and positive thoughts, but the one thing about Inner Path as well as New Age People; you go in there and you see a psychic, always, absolutely always, there is something that you are doing wrong. There is always something wrong, wrong, wrong about the way you believe or think that is causing your problems. This is the first thing that I have to say. Now, my next thing is a reading that I had.
