When you submit a maintenance request in they take weeks or even months to get there to see what's wrong and later they will just forget about the problem and tell you to submit another request So my story I'll try to keep short. 2023, When I first moved in they didn't tell me that the last person who lived in the apartment that I am currently living in was infested with cockroaches and other stuff. They also stated that they have cleaned the apartment which was never cleaned in the first place. Walls were never painted, carpets where never cleaned tiles are stained and closet doors don't shut properly. They will also blame you for defacing property if someone else's dogs poop on the grass in its property. When you need accommodations done good luck they take forever to send out a form and have you sign them to send back. They also take weeks to notify you about the progress. They won't accept or return calls, they always make excuses to protect their butts. 2024, Where I am still currently, we had a crazy person that was living in the complex and I with some other residents reported it and the management Cindy said he's not a threat when he is (yelling, screaming, messing with our doors and saying random things about a person's life) I don't understand how they can have how many complexes and they can't even take care of one. 2025, I am done with this company next year, I will be also posting this everywhere else to get this around how they treat their tenants. So do not let your elderly or even disabled loved ones live near Allegiant Property LLC. They don't care about your well being, all they are is a big headache and stress causer. Michelle Barth - negligent renter tried to avoid me, but when confronted she acted squirrels about the claim number. I sent in all my receipts as needed. Now in June her Insurance is refusing to pay my losses. I emailed APM; now I'm learning even the owner David Heyer has no honor. He emailed a cheap excuse of his insurance company won't return calls. They are all the lowest of the low.

Tub was riddled with holes and repairs were never finished on it. The repairman never shows up on time, if at all, but will get upset with you if you inquire as to when he'll be arriving. Mold. Sagging ceilings. It seems like each week we find a new problem that's never addressed. It wasn't cleaned, carpet shampood, or repainted before we moved in. We spent an entire day just scrubbing and it's still disgusting. Outdated appliances with quirks like the oven door not closing. The complete inability to control the temperature of your unit. I've experienced 80-90 degrees indoors in the winter, with my thermostat as low as it will go, but if you dare open a window you're fined. They manage absolutely nothing and will defer to "the owner", who I have never met nor spoken with, to approve of repairs. Of course these approvals never happen. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

The lady who does that is working from home because of the corona virus with her five kids. I understand times our strange and difficult currently. Then my friend called the office the next day same response. I finally emailed the owner, Alexis Brott, she was very cold to me in her response. In my application, I said I would like to bring my cats. There was a section that asks what kind of animal and describe on the application. She told me they were a pet free environment. Why would you have that on your application if you were a pet free complex? Also I mentioned if need be I can get the proper documentation for an emotional support animal. Her manner of response prompted me to come here on Yelp to warn others. The people that work for Brott Property are unhelpful and the owner is rude and uncaring.

It took a lot of work to get it clean enough to move in. I kid you not, when I complained to management I was told by Bob " What do you want me to do?" We are experienced renters. I left our pervious home spotless and then had to spend a great deal of time cleaning this before we could move in. Already not feeling very good about this.
