He not only does the smart thing but also the kind thing for people. Like not charging late fees. He helped us out by holding a place even though somebody else wanted it and have the money. There's some bad student housing landlords out there in Winona, the WSYOU/Bluff city is a good one.

We have lived at Fairway Woods for the past 7 years and like it very much, the staff is quite…read morefriendly, maintenance is quick and does a nice job, the buildings are kept very clean, and it's quiet for the most part. Our favorite part of living here is that it sits in a country like setting, with lots of trees and beautiful views of the bluffs, and yet it is only one mile to town. The only critique I have is that lately the yearly rent increases have been a little high. Over all I highly recommend Fairway Woods for apartment living.

The cleaning person does an awesome job of keeping the building and laundry clean and inviting. The manager has been helpful right from the beginning when I toured the facility. The grounds are kept presentable by frequent lawn mowings and snow removal. May not be the newest facilities in the area but definitely quiet and comfortable!

Very unethical. Power hungry, greedy and will attempt to make you homeless if you dare cross her. My one room apartment was never cleaned and we found out there was mold in my wall which I'm allergic to! I was sick for months. She wouldn't let me out of lease and would not give references "on the record" but talked bad about me behind my back while I was sick is hospital due to her negligence! Now I'm trapped because she claims I withheld rent....I got behind because I couldn't work! Because of her negligence!

Hidden costs and fees. No respect for tenant privacy. Super shady! Pics include water pressure example, we lived with that for three months. Just a portion of the items left behind by former tenant. Management tried to get me to dispose of it at my own cost I refused and then I had to move it all out to a convenient spot for them to pick up which took two months. First part of summer I had garbage all over my patio unable to enjoy the space I paid for. Last pic demonstrates the non stop documentation issues we deal with. Not only can she not figure out how to fix her online payment system but she also listed us (the tenants) as property owners with Xcel, took out insurance on OUR belongings and is forcing us to pay the property water main insurance. Now wants to invade my privacy by showing house when my lease is not up for another 8 months!
