The cleaning person does an awesome job of keeping the building and laundry clean and inviting. The manager has been helpful right from the beginning when I toured the facility. Management tried to get me to dispose of it at my own cost I refused and then I had to move it all out to a convenient spot for them to pick up which took two months. First part of summer I had garbage all over my patio unable to enjoy the space I paid for. Last pic demonstrates the non stop documentation issues we deal with. Not only can she not figure out how to fix her online payment system but she also listed us (the tenants) as property owners with Xcel, took out insurance on OUR belongings and is forcing us to pay the property water main insurance. Now wants to invade my privacy by showing house when my lease is not up for another 8 months!
