The snow stops were installed over the garage doors but not on the back of the house over our deck. Snow and ice constantly slide off in huge chunks which damage our deck and are frankly dangerous if we are standing on the deck under the edge of the roof. We have called multiple, multiple times and they will not answer our messages and they will not come to fix the job they did not finish. I do not recommend this company because if there is something wrong, they will not even answer your call to fix it. Now we have to pay another $2000 to have their screw up fixed.
