Determined it was just a little condensation, no leak. But to be sure, he touched up the flashing on the roof and did a couple of spot sealing. The solar tube is now for sure water tight. His work was quick and he cleaned up after. Best part was he did not charge anything. They do free inspections. First American Roofing will be our go to company from now on. They had no problem with that. With a break in the weather, they started repairs. The roof was replaced. They also contracted for the steel siding replacement and lined up someone to replace the garage door. A skylight and gutter downspouts were also replaced. First American Roofing took care of everything and worked closely with our insurance. Because of their detail to everything, I would recommend them anyone that requires roofing or siding. We had a metal roof installed by Denny's Roofing. The roof looks nice however, with a metal roof,…read moresnow stops must be installed over doors or where you walk to prevent snow and ice from sliding off the roof and on to your head or to keep falling sheets of ice and snow off areas you do not want it piling up, like on decks. The snow stops were installed over the garage doors but not on the back of the house over our deck. Snow and ice constantly slide off in huge chunks which damage our deck and are frankly dangerous if we are standing on the deck under the edge of the roof. We have called multiple, multiple times and they will not answer our messages and they will not come to fix the job they did not finish. I do not recommend this company because if there is something wrong, they will not even answer your call to fix it. Now we have to pay another $2000 to have their screw up fixed.
