I had to stop bidding on Darr's online auction items after a couple times getting burned. Darr Auction used to have a policy, that they wouldn't accept junk, garbage, broken items and some other undesirable stuff like couches, tv's, bicycles, used shoes, purses, etc....They had some integrity too, so when I bid on something there was a really good chance I'd be happy with my purchase.
Those days are gone. I drove thru their lot last weekend, whilst in Rushford on other buisness. I live a good hour away. The lot is full of garbage, broken items, they're selling a lot of stuff that belongs in the garbage. Then I look online at the rest of this current auction and see a couch, old purses, those busted up yard ornaments that were outside and no mention in the auction details that they are busted all to heck. It's going the way of the river city auction in Winona. read more
