I would have stayed longer, but my then-partner/roommate at the time and I ended up having an altercation in which I had to break my lease for my own safety and mental well being. For that reason, I am using a different name here to kind of preserve a little privacy. When we went to look at the apartment, we were told it was being remodeled, which was clear to us when we looked at it. They were in the process of installing a new kitchen sink, as well as patching holes in the walls, and repainting cabinets. The apartment was about what I expected, small place in a college area. Smelled like paint. I was a little put off by the pack of cigarettes' and ash tray sitting in the open bathroom window but the place didn't stink like smoke, so whatever. What I didn't understand was why they painted the cabinets and then the wood floors in the bedroom with a type of paint that wouldn't allow me to wipe any liquids off of it without taking the paint with it. I tried to swiffer mop the bedroom floor and took paint off with it. DX Super annoying! The cabinet doors also seemed to be mounted a little strangely, they rubbed against the adjacent wall when you opened them and couldn't open all the way. It was all manageable to live with, though. Better than not having a place to live! At one point during my rental time with them, we had a sink that had a barely-visible leak underneath it. It took me a little bit to catch on that it was there. I alerted their maintenance guys and told them it wasn't a big deal. It was a slow leak, and I put an old ice cream bucket underneath it. It did take them a little while to come out and fix it, though, but everyone's human and I'm sure they were prioritizing other issues first. They fixed it a month later. By that point, the leak was a little more serious, but the ice cream bucket was still coming in handy, and we weren't paying for it because our utilities were included. So we just updated them with a text, and just waited for them to get back to us about when they could come out. To my understanding, they had a lot of properties at the time. I think they have since been growing, so they have more. I'm not sure how many maintenance guys they have, but I do know they have a 24 hour number in case of emergency. I wouldn't have considered the sink an emergency, so waiting was no issue. Another repair we ran into was our heat not working when winter was about to start. We didn't have access to the thermostat in our apartment. It was in another unit in the triplex, I think? Which was a little odd, but this was a cheaper apartment with utilities included so we didn't mind. When we didn't seem to have any heat coming to our place, though, we did tell maintenance and it was quickly taken care of within the week. Again, it wasn't really cold out. There was no snow on the ground. They had the issue taken care of within the week and they let us know what was going on as they were coming out and figuring it out. We had issues with some downstairs neighbor being really noisy, as well as not picking up their dog's poop but the office gave them a few warnings and did what they could. Overall, I think I had an okay experience. I think if you have any issues, if you just sit down and have a conversation with any of the staff in the office, they'll do what they can to take care of it. I suppose I could have mentioned all the issues with the cabinets and renovations they did, but I was just thankful at the time to have a place to live. I think it's common sense to get any changes to your lease or any sort of permissions from them regarding pets or fixing anything yourself in writing, though. People forget things and sometimes the system swallows things whole and they get lost forever. I'm not sure how exactly to rate the experience. 2-3 stars. The folks in the office really were kind and helpful. Just, functionally, things in the apartment were weird. The cabinets. Painting the floors was really weird. Thanks for being understanding when I had to break the lease. I would have stayed with the company, but I was unable to find an apartment I could have afforded myself at the time.

Poor communication, random extra charges, surprise roommates and literal lack of follow through on our leases. Even though we had a lot of things in writing, most of it was "taken back" or refused by the company upon move in. This caused a lot of issues and cost us so much. It's been a massive hassle at 1414 Pine (The Addler) but it will do for now. So 360 overall: 1 star. However: the matinence team specifically Hart and JP have been absolutely outstanding! We moved in and there were a ton of issues, terrible pipes/faucets, dishwasher was totally shot sink drains were a nightmare: either way, they came in and were extremely understanding, helpful, and just radiated such positivity. It was a stark contrast from what we had seen from 360 before. They were very friendly, courteous and of course: damn good at their jobs. They listened and were able to fix things accordingly very efficiently and in a professional manner! The matinence gets a 5 stat from me! They made a very stressful situation much much better and I can't express my gratitude enough.

Units look nice but cheap quality and thin walls. Buildings are not secure at any time. All your packages are feet from an unlocked door at all times. And they will only consider making them secure if something MAJOR goes wrong like once homeless start living in one of their properties. Making the building secure is too expensive for them but they said they are considering keys. They do not care about their tenants. They care about money only. It's sick. Entirely disappointed. I will be telling everyone I know to stay away.

My husband sometimes works night shift and sometimes needs to sleep during the late morning. They have refused to come to fix things later when he is awake or at work (despite the fact that they wouldn't come to address the problem right away but waited until it got to be a much bigger issue). There's much more, but you get the picture. This company is unorganized, incompetent, unaccommodating and rude. Don't rent from them. And it you are a Landlord- find someone better.

When she presented her proposal to the Association she had a whole list of services she would provide. She has done very few of them. She screamed at me on the phone and threatened to call the cops on me for "harassment". I asked her for some financial records and when they came they were incomplete, so I called her again. I know of another resident that she also yelled at. Now she has resorted to calling residence names. Do not hire PMC, you will not get any decent service out of them.

They dropped a check of in the night while I was asleep that was 400 dollars less than what was owed and refuses to communicate with me now or pay the rest of the money. They were made aware and updated the whole process on how bad the place was and how much work it would take and how long. They approved the time then when receiving the bill stated they didnt feel they should have to pay it because they didnt want to pay that much and then didnt pay. She give nothing but the nastiest of attitudes and acts like you owe her the world. I had a stellar payment history up until this past year. They knew when I re-signed my lease agreement that I was only doing it because I had no choice. I had already had some problems with the property but trying to be a patient and understanding tenant i let promptness slide as they have other properties. I went almost a year with a hole that they knew of in my kitchen ceiling with a leaking bath tub. One of my roommates broke a window I reported it when I left it was still broken. I reported a leaking bathroom door frame due to heavy torrential rain they said thank you and did nothing everytime it rained the bathroom flooded. I had a tree fall due to being struck by lightning they told me they were not responsible. They failed to trim the tree in 5 years. It totaled my truck they tell to me call my renters insurance. News flash renters insurance doesn't cover falling tree limbs. We went to mediation because I got behind on my rent due to hardship and was still trying to get my rent paid. I got put out in the middle of the winter during a cold snap. She had no heart. If I were you I would save yourself the headache and find another place to rent from. The want ridiculous things if you get evicted for a stipulation dismissal in had to have my property move in ready after almost 5 years of living there, and I had to do it in 10 days. I couldn't even get 2 checks under my belt. We were expected to do all of the lawn maintenance because our neighbors never did any of it and when we didn't touch it and complained we were in the wrong. So you cant win with her. I won't slander her name or her person but I will say she is not a nice or a pleasant person to work with. She will have her office assist go out to the property and text you to nit pick. Just to get under your skin. She did it to me. Relax Property Management is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with and I will continue to say that and tell everyone they deserve to know the type of landlord Suzanne is.
