I live in a Condo. The Association has hired Kay (PMC) to help manage the property. She is…read moreunprofessional and in over her head. When she presented her proposal to the Association she had a whole list of services she would provide. She has done very few of them. She screamed at me on the phone and threatened to call the cops on me for "harassment". I asked her for some financial records and when they came they were incomplete, so I called her again. I know of another resident that she also yelled at. Now she has resorted to calling residence names. Do not hire PMC, you will not get any decent service out of them.

I have been trying to get Upper Management contact info from Kay in regards to another property…read moremanager and she refuses to give it to me. I WILL FIND THE INFO. I wasn't even going to say anything about how Kay is responding to my emails but too bad. If you are not willing to help me, then I am reporting you as well. I have rented from PMCMGMT out of Hudson office and they are the worst. The places need to be torn down and rebuilt. Their version of spot painting is painting a big W on the wall they touched and that I have seen more than once. Having rented from them over 10 years ago the 1st time. I thought things would have changed but they just got worse. The 2nd time was from 2019-2021 and I could not have been happier to get out. Unfortunately the new tenant isn't getting any better service. I have pictures for everything I found and will be posting soon.

All I can say is that I wish that I've done some research about this company. This company is a big…read morejoke and laughable. The property management Cindy is a joke, if you bring up things about, problems or concerns to her she will just laugh and say deal with it. Also the maintenance guys are lazy and nothing gets done. When you submit a maintenance request in they take weeks or even months to get there to see what's wrong and later they will just forget about the problem and tell you to submit another request So my story I'll try to keep short. 2023, When I first moved in they didn't tell me that the last person who lived in the apartment that I am currently living in was infested with cockroaches and other stuff. They also stated that they have cleaned the apartment which was never cleaned in the first place. Walls were never painted, carpets where never cleaned tiles are stained and closet doors don't shut properly. They will also blame you for defacing property if someone else's dogs poop on the grass in its property. When you need accommodations done good luck they take forever to send out a form and have you sign them to send back. They also take weeks to notify you about the progress. They won't accept or return calls, they always make excuses to protect their butts. 2024, Where I am still currently, we had a crazy person that was living in the complex and I with some other residents reported it and the management Cindy said he's not a threat when he is (yelling, screaming, messing with our doors and saying random things about a person's life) I don't understand how they can have how many complexes and they can't even take care of one. 2025, I am done with this company next year, I will be also posting this everywhere else to get this around how they treat their tenants. So do not let your elderly or even disabled loved ones live near Allegiant Property LLC. They don't care about your well being, all they are is a big headache and stress causer. SO DO NOT LIVE HERE AT ALL. They will act all nice and happy to see you but in reality they do not care about you.

The Mgr Josh Claussen told all affected that " your hotel rooms will be paid for don't worry." He repeated that to the Red Cross who were present. Within 3 days it changed to "Oh, we're (APM& DANISH VILLAS MGR J.Claussen) aren't involved; you have to contact negligent renter. Michelle Barth - negligent renter tried to avoid me, but when confronted she acted squirrels about the claim number. I sent in all my receipts as needed. Now in June her Insurance is refusing to pay my losses. I emailed APM; now I'm learning even the owner David Heyer has no honor. He emailed a cheap excuse of his insurance company won't return calls. They are all the lowest of the low.

They hired my company to do cleaning of moved out apartments. We do 2 cleanings and were paid fine…read more The last cleaning came from them and not the owner and when it came time to pay my company for 2 full days worth of cleaning for a team of 2 they refused to pay the full amount. They dropped a check of in the night while I was asleep that was 400 dollars less than what was owed and refuses to communicate with me now or pay the rest of the money. They were made aware and updated the whole process on how bad the place was and how much work it would take and how long. They approved the time then when receiving the bill stated they didnt feel they should have to pay it because they didnt want to pay that much and then didnt pay. Very shady company, with run down houses. Do not rent or work for this company!

I lived there with them as my property managers for almost 5 years. Suzanne Rauterkus claims to be…read morean understanding/lenient person but is not. She give nothing but the nastiest of attitudes and acts like you owe her the world. I had a stellar payment history up until this past year. They knew when I re-signed my lease agreement that I was only doing it because I had no choice. I had already had some problems with the property but trying to be a patient and understanding tenant i let promptness slide as they have other properties. I went almost a year with a hole that they knew of in my kitchen ceiling with a leaking bath tub. One of my roommates broke a window I reported it when I left it was still broken. I reported a leaking bathroom door frame due to heavy torrential rain they said thank you and did nothing everytime it rained the bathroom flooded. I had a tree fall due to being struck by lightning they told me they were not responsible. They failed to trim the tree in 5 years. It totaled my truck they tell to me call my renters insurance. News flash renters insurance doesn't cover falling tree limbs. We went to mediation because I got behind on my rent due to hardship and was still trying to get my rent paid. I got put out in the middle of the winter during a cold snap. She had no heart. If I were you I would save yourself the headache and find another place to rent from. The want ridiculous things if you get evicted for a stipulation dismissal in had to have my property move in ready after almost 5 years of living there, and I had to do it in 10 days. I couldn't even get 2 checks under my belt. We were expected to do all of the lawn maintenance because our neighbors never did any of it and when we didn't touch it and complained we were in the wrong. So you cant win with her. I won't slander her name or her person but I will say she is not a nice or a pleasant person to work with. She will have her office assist go out to the property and text you to nit pick. Just to get under your skin. She did it to me. Relax Property Management is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with and I will continue to say that and tell everyone they deserve to know the type of landlord Suzanne is.

We rented from Reliant for a year and we had mix experiences with them…read more We were living out of town and were moving to La Crosse. My niece referred me to them as she was a current tenant. I found the townhouse and contacted them for a showing right away as we were in urgent need of a place, especially moving from a different city. Madisyn was very kind and allowed my relative to call me via facetime for a showing. Everything looked nice and I drove 3 hours that weekend to submit my application and background check as we were the first showing they had of the place. For a 3 bedroom (more so 2.5 bedroom) at $850, that was a bet for us. We got approved within a week and moved in two months later. I was notified by Heather that we could move in earlier but there was a fee for the extra early days that we moved in. In all the years of being a renter, I was never charged early move in fee - assuming the previous tenant paid their last month of rent, etc. I denied the offer and kept my original move in date since it did sound a bit sketchy. Not sure if they are pocketing these early move in fees or not. Once I got my keys, I ALWAYS inspect the place before moving in any of my personal belongings. So glad I did so because there was trash out in the backyard and dead flies all over the sink. I notified management right away and they came in the next day to fix it. There was one ceiling light that was out as well and they replaced it, however; only replaced it with the bulb from the front porch, leaving the front porch without a light bulb. I took it upon myself to put one in since it seemed inconvenient for them to just put in a new bulb and instead took one from one area to replace another. I deep cleaned the place and then fully moved in. Once spring hit, I noticed that our backyard had swarms of hornets! I have an infant and it was a huge concern as I noticed that hornets were getting inside of our place. I found a few in the bathroom and in our baby's room. Management came for a walk through in the neighborhood one day and I notified him of the hornets and said that they are coming from the inside of the building panels. You can see where they are going in and out. Nothing was ever done about it so, the thought of having my child spend any outdoor time was impossible since there were hornets everywhere. My husband and I took it upon ourselves, AGAIN and bought hornet spray and got rid of most of them but without destroying the nest, it was nearly impossible. Our neighbors within the building were very kind and when I did ask them if they found any issues with the property, they did mention a few and also noted that management doesn't really care to handle anything. We continued to live until our lease ended with zero intentions of renewing. The property came with two off-street parking. The only downfall is that management does not notify new tenants of assigned parking spaces. As new tenants move in, they end up parking in other's spots as well as have guests visit and park over night taking up spaces. After notifying management of the issue on multiple occasions, they will only send out emails to all tenants to park in assigned spots or to be towed. I've never seen a car towed even when parking was full of unknown vehicles. This became an issue especially during the summer, having to carry my baby from the down street because other tenants were parked in our spots. Trash will fill up within days of trash pick up days. For all the buildings within that area, there was only one dumpster fenced off and it would pile up with furniture and trash quick! The lease and rental ad states that there are no pets allowed, however; the new tenants had a dog and it would poop in front of our yard every single day. Although we didn't spend much of our time outside due to the hornets, it was disturbing to see dog poop pile up in our yard. With our lease ending, we didn't care to bother management anymore. We ended up moving out a month before our lease ended, leaving the last month for us to clean. Note: they have cleaners come in after each tenant moves out. But they are bad at their jobs because we had to clean and complain when we moved in because of the dead flies and smell along with trash was still outside in our yard from the previous tenants. I gave them 3 stars because of they were kind enough to accommodate my showing virtually and processed my application on a timely manner.

They will do anything to not give your security deposit back; they will even put multiple names on…read morea check so that you are unable to cash it once you move out. While living in our apartment we seldom had any issues as we were handy enough to do minor maintenance ourselves (light bulbs, unclogging drains/toilet...) but if we did it would be something like a $50 charge just for them to show up. If I still lived in La Crosse, I would probably be spreading the word about how similar this company is to other SLUM LORDS. They likely own over a third of the homes/apartments within a mile and a half of UWL and the condition of most of them is wanting. If you get the chance to rent from Reliant Real Estate Services, DON'T.
