Aguilera sucks. Issue #1: I rented from them last year and I stupidly renewed my lease this year. Within 2 months of me being here for school our wifi went down four times. FOUR. Not to mention when it went down it was down for 32 hours minimum. As a student it became extremely difficult to get homework done. There is no reason I should have to go to the library or a coffee shop to do homework when I am paying for wifi in my apartment. Since then, the wifi went down 2 more times. They claimed to switch providers so this wouldn't happen yet it did. again. I am extremely fed up with the staff here and how they handle things. Issue #2: I was looking for other places to live since I hated renting from Three Sixty. They said we would have until late October to renew our lease which gave us plenty of time to find a new apartment. However, they then moved this date to September 21 which meant we had about a week to find an apartment. I found another option and emailed asking for a one day extension on the renewal and they denied. They said if they gave me an extension they would have to give everyone an extension. I then find out they gave an extension for our neighbors. Super frustrating. Luckily I found somewhere else so I never have to rent from them again. Overall these apartments are cheaply made making it easy to hear everything through the walls. They charge way too much for small rooms and cheap finishes. Terrible wifi that always goes down. Poor management. Would not recommend renting from them unless you want to waste your money. read more

Liars, thieves, manipulators.. I could come up with a lot more. Basically they send me a link to view an apartment to rent, I liked the apartment I saw in the video so I continued with the application and lease. I didn't live in town so the first time I physically saw the place was on the day my lease was to start. I show up to a completely run down, mouse infested apartment. Nothing but the floors were the same from the video they sent me. Kitchen sink was old and the cabinets and floor had mouse poop everywhere. The bathroom was dirty, moldy, water damaged and none of it was updated like the video showed, so it had the old pedestal sink, olive colored bathtub and extremely old and inefficient toilet from the 1980's. Not to mention how dirty the whole place was. I showed a video to my boss and he asked me if they even cleaned. This was supposed to be ready to move in. There are some other matters that I have included in a complaint to the state regarding some laws they violated under the DATCP Fair Housing Act. If you or someone you care about is looking for a place to rent in the Coulee Region, look any where else but here. It's difficult since they are buying up a lot of properties in the area but I am hoping that if more people send in their complaints to the state that they will be held accountable for their actions. read more

360: Horrible, 1 star. The matinence team though? 5 star and above! Personally: it's been nothing but complete and total hell through the agent/renting. Poor communication, random extra charges, surprise roommates and literal lack of follow through on our leases. Even though we had a lot of things in writing, most of it was "taken back" or refused by the company upon move in. This caused a lot of issues and cost us so much. It's been a massive hassle at 1414 Pine (The Addler) but it will do for now. So 360 overall: 1 star. However: the matinence team specifically Hart and JP have been absolutely outstanding! We moved in and there were a ton of issues, terrible pipes/faucets, dishwasher was totally shot sink drains were a nightmare: either way, they came in and were extremely understanding, helpful, and just radiated such positivity. It was a stark contrast from what we had seen from 360 before. They were very friendly, courteous and of course: damn good at their jobs. They listened and were able to fix things accordingly very efficiently and in a professional manner! The matinence gets a 5 stat from me! They made a very stressful situation much much better and I can't express my gratitude enough. read more

DO NOT RENT WITH THREE-SIXTY. They are horrible with communication, gave a "12 hour notice" for an entire week (said they would enter at anytime over the span of the week), and over charge for everything. The apartment was dirty when we first moved in. Left it way cleaner when we left and they still charged $300 off our security deposit. They expect college students to pay for professional carpet cleaning.. what a joke. Only realty company that has ever done this. Just save yourself PLENTY of time and money and stay away. read more

COURT ST. IN ONALASKA --- I felt rent was high for what was offered. In addition, they wanted an extra $65 for an outdoor parking space which you are required to get because there is no other parking for blocks. There is no guest parking either, so I'm not sure where visitors are supposed to park. The maintenance guy suggested the handicap spot, in which an employee's car was already illegally parked. I looked at the apartment, filled out an application and had a co-signer fill out an application only to be told the day of signing a lease that rent would be $75 more than what I was led to believe. This is an unacceptable practice in my opinion and now I can see why they have so many bad reviews. I don't like to be inconvenienced like this and hopefully I can save someone else from being inconvenienced with this review. When I complained that the rent was too high, the manager offered to rent me an efficiency instead. I was amused that my dog would have to undergo a DNA test so that any poo not properly disposed of on the property could be attributed to the rightful perpetrator. Pet fee is add'l $50 per month, and keep in mind that there are no sidewalks or pet-friendly areas to walk your dog anywhere in the vicinity, even though they advertise "dog friendly." According to a tenant, the majority of the dogs in the complex are large dogs, including pit bulls. read more

Court Street, Onalaska. I think rent is too high for this place. And now they are offering to renew the lease and increasing it. They charge for garage (100$) and/or outside ($65) parking spot. Keep in mind there is not parking on streets around so you have to get it to park your car. There is no guest parking spots. No playground for kids. Walls are so thin , so you can hear your neighbor, and all their activities. Trains! and noise. Random late fees, lack of communication. They tell you one thing but do not follow with it. 50$ pet rental fee, and you must pay for your dog's DNA!!! test ( if you don't clean up poop, you will be charged as well). Entire place is cheaply made: slanted door frames, uneven door handles, poorly patched up holes from previous tenants. Kitchen cabinets had some items left from previous tenants ( and i'm sure they charged them for clean up). I feel they do not care for tenants, only care for money read more

This company is a nightmare! First they're nickel and dime you about everything. SJ is rude not only over the phone, but in person as well. We were never late or behind when we rented in our 4 years there and still were treated like we were only there for them to make their money. If you don't care to be disrespected, threatened eviction every so often about some new policy for them to make another penny of you, or just don't care if a company keeps up with up keep this will fit your needs. Out of the very few times I have needed to be in contact with management or anyone at Three Sixty they just don't seem to care whatsoever and seem to hate their job. They always have attitudes and seem to not understand who is paying their bills i worked with Lisa greenwalt via email and she just seemed snippy and unprofessional. This is an apartment aimed at students. Their payment website had not been working making it very difficult to even make a rent payment. Living in another city 2 hours away, the option has been to send a check, which can result in increased postal time. They are bullies to the students who live there, frequently sending emails that they are going to evict them, and adding exorbitant late charges of $130 to the rent. We had a family emergency and my son informed them that I sent the check out on the 24th. Due to the emergency going on, I did not get it out until the 28th. Lexia Neitzel then sent this email to my son: I received an email from who I believe is your mother. She notified me that she sent out the check for March rent on the 28th instead of the 24th you stated before. Due to the delay in rent payment there will be $130.00 in late fees that will also need to be paid by the first of the April. So my son is being penalized $130 because she thinks he lied to her.....this is a classic bully move preying on students away from home. BEWARE if you are going to be moving into this place. It appears nice, new and college student friendly, but they are far from that. read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place is filled with money hungry employees. If you want to spend 500+ dollars to be bullied everyday than do so. Worst 11 months of my life living here. NOT WORTH THE COST. The parking is over priced and very limited, the rent is expensive for how small it is (A hobbit would find it uncomfortable). Everyday fire alarms are going off due to cheap systems. They promised us cable for our T.V's but instead they spent the money on a fancy office with a 10$ refund. Everyday residents are getting constantly bullied into evection, internet termination, and noise complaints because the floors and walls are made out of paper. Their cheaper properties are at the very bottom of the list of priorities, and they do not care what so ever about their tenants. They will take money out of your security deposit for reasons that don't even apply to you living there. They are rude when any situations arise. My issue with the company began when I was unable to park my vehicle in the parking lot at my building, which I have purchased a pass for, because 2 vehicles without passes were occupying spaces. When I called 360, I was greeted by a rude employee who couldn't care less about the situation. When he refused to do anything about the situation that night, I asked why I even paid for the pass when I am unable to park in the lot, to which he replied, "Well I guess that's for you to decide." The company has sub-par customer service to begin with, but this ruined their image for me. read more

BEWARE! They charge pro-rated rent for any days you move in prior to the first of a rental month which is understandable. The unacceptable thing is that at the end of the leased year we have to be out of the apartment 5 days prior to the end of the month yet they would not agree to pro-rate that month. Where do you go with all of your stuff for 5 days until you can move into your next place on the 1st? Is this legal? They also sprung a $150 non-refundable pet deposit on us at lease signing. How can it be a deposit if it's non-refundable? They also must meet you at the rental on the day you move in but they don't work weekends or after 5:00 on weekdays so we had to add another day of rent because of their inflexible schedule. We were stuck because we had to move out of the place we were in and nowhere else to go and of course we did not know all of this until the day we signed which was less than a week before we had to move. This landlord is really bad. We do not look forward to living in their property for a year. I dread to think about how they will treat us when we move out. read more
