The craftsmanship really shows when something about the structure is out of the ordinary and a solution needs to be found to make sure a good outcome is achieved. It was well worth the extra money I spent for the quality of product I received. I am also happy that I can replace parts of the door as needed without having to replace the entire door. This door also looks so much better than the previous door I had (which was a total eyesore and an embarrassment)! I even installed this door myself and it was fairly straightforward and easy to install. The only thing is you need to do measure your opening correctly to make sure you order the right size door. If you measure right, you shouldn't have any problems. And someone mentioned the replacement flaps costing a fortune...well, I wouldn't consider $120 every year or two a fortune, but to each his/her own. Most people spend more than that on their cable bill every month. Just sayin. I will recommend the Moore Pet products to anyone looking for a pet door.

I would imagine that if you spend time talking to a sales person who takes your dimensions and helps you understand what you are going to receive, that you would then receive that thing in the mail. Shayn took my order and I made sure to give her the correct measurements for this "made to order" insert. I double checked that everything was correct and when it arrived, it was 6 inches too short. With the inserts that they sent, it just barely fit and was very very janky. All for $571 dollars! First, they sent the wrong instructions and included some random extra parts instructions for another product. The extensions were bent and didn't fit appropriately into the dog door. And the most important thing THE DOG DOOR INSERT THAT I MEASURED AND DOUBLE CHECKED WAS ABOUT 6 INCHES TOO SHORT. How the hell does that happen? When I called to tell them about the issue, you could tell that others have complained because there was immediate attitude. They said that I would have to eat the shipping cost and pay to return it. Also there is a 16% restocking fee. Which meant, after spending $571 dollars I would get around $122 back and the hassle of having to send them this bent POS dog door that looks terrible in my patio door. Bottom Line: DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. THE OWNER IS A CROOK.

After nearly 2 months I decided to call just to check on the rug and see if they could give me a timeline. I received the rug on April 11th and Dave explained that some of the staining on the back of the rug didn't come out -which I was fine with. However, he said the smell was completely gone. When we unrolled the rug in our house we could almost immediately smell urine/ammonia. I called chemdry on 4/13 and told them the smell was not completely gone. The person that I talked to said that she would have Dave contact me to set up a time to pick up the rug and try to clean it again. I never heard from anyone, so by 4/22 I decided to call back and ask for a refund. The person who I talked to said she will have the owner contact me right away. It is now 5/14 and I have yet to receive a phone call. I am a very reasonable and understanding person and I completely understand that possibly there are other issues that I as the customer cannot see. But when a customer is not happy with their service, the business should communicate with them and do their best to make it right.

Other times the doors would randomly open and close on their own. The last straw was when we got up in the morning and found both doors wide open. Stopped at the Overhead Door office and decided to have them replace the openers on a 2-bay and single-bay garage door. Within an hour I got a phone call telling me they could come right away! Technician Chuck showed up within 30 minutes of the phone call. He was very personable and professional. After brief introductions, he got right to work. In about 2 1/2 hours he replaced both openers, lubricated the doors, programmed the remotes, cleaned up the work area, provided some excellent training, and hauled the 'different brand' openers away. Highly recommend Overhead Door and if you can, request Chuck as the technician. Don't know why YELP says I am from Milwaukee. I live in the La Crosse Area.
