Bath Fixer of La Crosse gutted and remodeled our master bath in 2018 and we experienced many…read moreproblems. Every problem was met with complaints from the owner of us being too picky. 1. You could see seams and screw heads behind the mud after the room was primed and pained. They did fix this but were not happy about it. 2. They did not hang the lights to center on the double sinks and complained when we asked them to be centered (one was an easy fix, the other needed to be moved a couple inches). 3. The grout they used was defective and did not cure. It began to fall out within the first week. The grout manufacturer sent an activator which bath fixer applied. They have been out 2 times to reapply grout over the existing but refused to replace the defective grout. I am now looking to replace the grout and recaulk the shower completely. I have not been able to use the shower in 2 years due to grout cracking and caulk seal. While the first 2 issues were fixed with complaints from the owner and installer, the grout issue is something we have had to live with since it was new and they did not stand behind the products they used. I would have been satisfied with the high price tag if the quality was also high. But considering it was very expensive, it is hard to look at every day.

Other times the doors would randomly open and close on their own. The last straw was when we got up in the morning and found both doors wide open. Stopped at the Overhead Door office and decided to have them replace the openers on a 2-bay and single-bay garage door. Within an hour I got a phone call telling me they could come right away! Technician Chuck showed up within 30 minutes of the phone call. He was very personable and professional. After brief introductions, he got right to work. In about 2 1/2 hours he replaced both openers, lubricated the doors, programmed the remotes, cleaned up the work area, provided some excellent training, and hauled the 'different brand' openers away. Highly recommend Overhead Door and if you can, request Chuck as the technician. Don't know why YELP says I am from Milwaukee. I live in the La Crosse Area.

When Dave picked up the rug, he stated that he could guarantee that the stains and odor would come out. At this time I was never given a timeline of how long the cleaning would take. I will be honest, I've never had this service done so I was not even sure how long it would take. After nearly 2 months I decided to call just to check on the rug and see if they could give me a timeline. I received the rug on April 11th and Dave explained that some of the staining on the back of the rug didn't come out -which I was fine with. However, he said the smell was completely gone. When we unrolled the rug in our house we could almost immediately smell urine/ammonia. I called chemdry on 4/13 and told them the smell was not completely gone. The person that I talked to said that she would have Dave contact me to set up a time to pick up the rug and try to clean it again. I never heard from anyone, so by 4/22 I decided to call back and ask for a refund. The person who I talked to said she will have the owner contact me right away. It is now 5/14 and I have yet to receive a phone call. I am a very reasonable and understanding person and I completely understand that possibly there are other issues that I as the customer cannot see. But when a customer is not happy with their service, the business should communicate with them and do their best to make it right.
