He told me if I wanted food I'd need to call back at 5pm (in two hours). I get it! But that's not how I would have phrased it, instead he chose to make the customer feel like a burden or an inconvenience. I called back at five and was told that it still was a bad time but he would make my food anyway since I called back. When I got there I found out that they aren't accepting their own gifts cards (the only reason I went there was I had a gift card). The food was ok, maybe I wasn't objective with the food since I was so put off by the service.
