There were two other tables being served in the restaurant. Both had four people. Not at all busy. I had ordered a water along with the fake Coke Zero. Had to ask three times for said water before it finally made its way to the table. Same with refills. Finally stood up when the server passed by and handed her the glass. She responded as tho we had never asked. Ordering was a process. Ordered a ham and cheese sandwich for my aunt. Was informed they were out of bread. So she had the wrap. She finally looks up at me, and with frustration, spins her fingers as a wheel would turn. I looked at her trying to figure out what she meant and she said "go ahead! Order!" Sheesh! Drink refills were not timely (other tables asked and immediately received), and lack of knowledge of the menu by the server was non existent. I've worked in restaurants. Front house and back.
