What an unassuming gem of a restaurant! Traveling from Atlanta to Savannah for the holiday and found many places closed early. I'm happy it happened this way because we ended up here. Great sandwiches. Great staff. Convenient location in middle of town. No drive through, but there would have to be a special intersection built if there were one because traffic would back up. Cash only but ATM on site. The only way I'd eat Subway in Dublin is if I had it purchased for me. Not turning down free food. My husband and I were in Dublin for a Doctors visit. I'm from Long Island, NY. We stopped here for lunch and were very pleased with what we ordered. He had Hot Pastrami (hard to get) and I had a Cheesesteak with Pepperjack, well done onions and Peppers. The bread was fresh, the sandwich was filling, the place was clean, and the staff was friendly. It's the first time I have tasted and smelled the Italian Vinegar and Onions in the air like home. I will return. I want to try Meatball Parm, Chicken Parm, Corned Beef and Italian Subs. Half is large enough but I'll get whole so I have leftovers. Yum! read more

This place gets extra points for friendliness and good service. A gentleman (I assume it's the owner) greets customers and opens the door for them. This place appears to have a lot of regulars who frequent it, and it was fairly busy around noon on a Friday, but service was quick. You place your order at the counter and they build the sub for you, just like in a Subway restaurant. They have a lot of seating, with two large rooms, so it's easy to eat in the restaurant of you like. I ordered a roast beef sandwich. They have a small and large size. I got the large, which appears to be a 12 inch sub. It's really big and a good deal for $7.75. They have the typical toppings that you can have added. The bread was very fresh and good tasting. The restaurant is about three miles off the highway. I visited while I was driving from Atlanta to Savannah. Coming off the highway and taking a break midway through the trip was worth it to get a nice large sandwich. read more

This is the BEST sandwich I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY 42 years of life! I can not come to Dublin without brining my son a sandwich!! Love it still but when Brian was there he would write Tuna on my son's #12 even though that was not what it was....loved the quick talks but knew always he remembered me even with the 1,000's they severed. Miss seeing his face but the new owner's are great as well. Recently used them for a meeting (catered) everyone bragged on the quality!! It's no nonsense and they cut all the meat for each sandwich to order and make it all in front of you, with you choosing what you want on it. I have got to say that I just don't think you can go wrong with Brian's. I was in town for work and it was suggested to me. When I saw the line wrapped around the inside and out the door I knew it had to be good! Fresh bread and fresh premium sliced to order deli meat and cheese! First visit to Brian's, and it was fantastic! I'm in the area to work for a couple of weeks, and after reading the menu and reviews I decided to try it out. I had the #9 Super Sub because it was the daily special, and it was not only delicious, and extremely fresh, but also cheap! Double win!!! The place is completely packed at lunch, but worth the wait. Thankfully I saw that they only accept cash and checks ahead of time, so I was prepared. As far as lunch spots go in Dublin, this is my number 1 so far! Highly recommend it! read more

The folks are so friendly and helpful, the food is DELICIOUS, and the prices can't be beat. A half sandwich is enough for my lunch even without the chips!
