Helen was busy so said she'd call with breakdown since couldn't print out. When she called I Said would only able to do one job at time cose$199 . I said I wouldn't be getting other work since didn't seem necessary at time. When I picked up car was charged over $600. The manager kept giving all sorts of excuses and Helen was nowhere to be found. He said he didn't have to honor price because I didn't have printed price and he couldn't find any paperwork stating $199. Having my car hostage I payed figuring I could settle with Helen later . All of a sudden he found the papers but wouldn't reimburse me and whenever I called Helen wasn't available. I report them to BBB, they ignored them. Insult to injury I was told the work wasn't necessary.

I was…read moretold be Continental to bring it to a Continental dealer...that Continental deal did not measure the tire correctly and told me the tire didn't qualify for warranty because the tire tread had to be 8/32 or more. Not only did AMG remeasure my tire tread, once it was determined the tire had more than 8/32 they also worked with Continental to warranty the tire for me. Today I received a check for $191.00 from Continental for the tire warranty. thank you for your excellent customer service!

That Monday, 7/13, went to the place that replaced all four tires two months earlier. The sound baffled them, and they suggested going to Auto Center Unlimited where the noise could be researched better. Well, was I amazed. Amer, the owner of the shop, took the car for a spin along Route 37. Upon returning, he said "Problem Solved". Turned out, the flag that was attached to the rear roof antenna was causing the sound at high speeds. A job well done. ACL does provide a number of services for car, as specified on the Website. Needless to say, Amer proved to be a very efficient mechanic, picking up on the "Mystery Sound". I highly recommend going there for an honest evaluation. Larry L.

Dropped off the car, got a couple of update texts with digital photos during the day. They diagnosed the problem as a brake fluid leak. I didn't like the look of some other parts in the photos, so asked them to do the extra work. Picked up the car the next day; brakes were just as soft as when I brought it in!! I called and brought the car right back. Didn't have a ride home, ‍ but they were nice enough to offer me a ride home. Pretty disappointed as a first time customer.
