One of the best auto repair shops in the area (if not the best). I've talked to three of the technicians here extensively. All were courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. You pay for quality and service. They have both here. They use genuine parts and proudly tell you so (most lower end shops don't tell you their parts supplier or it's an Autozone and they use low end subpar replacement parts instead of OEM/genuine parts, this is a big deal). They thoroughly explain the work to be done and will show you the issue. Yes. Excellent auto service certainly isn't the "cheapest" but I can tell you it COSTS the least. What I mean is that it's MUCH Better to have the right parts and CORRECT work done the first time, by competent knowledgeable technicians, rather than have a bunch of unneeded or incorrect low ball "cheap" fixes before the issue is finally resolved which of course is after dozens of phone calls, headaches, and countless times telling your significant other "I AM taking care of it," costing you thousands more in the long run when all you wanted was the car running the way it should THE FIRST TIME. That's why I like this place. The job is done the correct way, the first time. They hand you an accurate estimate for each project to be done on your vehicle. And they are AAA certified shop. Also, they are one of the few shops in the area that are certified to work on BMW. And use BMW parts. So if you drive a BMW, then this is a definite no brainer. I've been burnt before MANY times from bad shops in the area and from dishonest mechanics. A very friendly staff, however, I noticed every time I brought in a vehicle for something from oil change to a brake pad change, they'd make me feel as if I had a lot more problems with the car and push for more repairs then I originally went in for. My last repair here, went in to get a specific task done, and they pushed on me saying that a full inspection should be done. With the fear tactics I agreed. I dropped off my car for an oil change and asked the mechanics to give the car a once over because it had not been driven in some time. When I came back, I was told that the rear brakes needed changing. The oil change and brake change were all rung up together. I asked to pay only for the oil change, which wasn't a problem, but I thought this was a little shady. The mechanic told me the brakes are paper thin and I had about a week left before failure. When I asked why the onboard computer didn't alert me, he said because the rear left brake was particularly bad, but the rear right still had some life. I took the car to our trusted mechanic who took a look and said I had a good 10,000 miles left, which is what the onboard computer said. Since I was told I had a week left before failure, I've driven 2,000 miles over 6 weeks without problem. Get a second opinion before paying for major work. read more

These guys are fantastic. I have a Mercedes Sprinter that I converted into a camper and they were the only shop for 50 miles that would even look at it.
