Called Firestone as I picked up a "bolt" in one of my tires. I was told to come right in. Staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Mechanic was able to repair my tire and SAVE the tire. I give no starts if it was possible. Being in retail it's very disappointing to see the amount of money and customers this branch will deny. I needed tires for my Mercedes Benz they did not stock them. I ask to order them and set up an appointment for two days later. calmed to confirm my appointment and the tires were not ordered . chased them around for two weeks.i try to get all my maintenance done there on all our cars but the make it impossible. my wife's BMW needed new tires 1,200 sale they would not take the car had to go to the wall store. my truck I scheduled and oil change online for the same day for later that day a hour before I was to go I got call saying they had to cancel my appointment as they couldn't do it. last night took the icing on the cake. my truck has a leak in the radiator I told the guy it's the radiator I could see it. long story short the quoted 2k for the job. 6 hours labor and 560 for the radiator. which they where getting from auto one and my retail was $308 so means they were getting it even cheaper on a commercial accounT. then had the neve to charge me $54 to look at the truck to do a leak detection. took it some place else $750 for everything. unfor they need to retrain or restart the brick location. loosing customers and money . we will cancel our cards and find some place else to go and where our kids can go as well by there schools . read more

The employees seemed nice. I do not like that encourage you to get synthetic oil which is more money because it lasts for 7000-8000 miles. Then they make your sticker and set your ''maintenance required light" to turn on after only 5000 miles. It feels like a scam to get people to go more often and pay more money. This is especially annoying to me because of my specific car because this warning takes up 1/3 of my dashboard and is especially distracting. read more

Very accomodating as for getting an appointment for service but way over priced. I've had quality work done elsewhere for half the cost of what they charge for service. Tire service is sufficient but they tend to be out of stock when trying to match one that is already on the vehicle. They'll try to sell you two. I brought my car here for brake service. I had to have the rear rotors, brake pads, drums, and calipers replaced. I also needed my front brake pads and rotors replaced. I took the car home two days later and when I pulled up to my house my brake pads in the front were on fire. Plumes of smoke were pouring out of my car. I had to use the hose to put it out, one of my neighbors had to come over jack up my car, takeoff the tires, and readjust the calipers. I don't know about you, but I believe that brakes are really important in a car. This is not something you can mess up because it can ultimately cost some of their life. And all of this was done at the affordable price of $1300!! I will never return to this place again because I cannot trust them to safely maintain my vehicle. read more

The service here used to be great, but my last two trips have left a dreadful taste in my mouth. I made an appointment for an oil change, and after 4 hrs they hadn't even brought my car back. I ended up taking my keys back and leaving. Then, brought my car in to have a tire patched. They tried to upsell me 400$ worth of new tires and alignment, and kept haranguing me to buy. I wish I could give zero stars for this location. I have been a loyal firestone customer since 2006 (Wall, NJ location). The wall location is currently under renovation, so I was forwarded to the Brick locaction. Yesterday, I was told my car would be ready at 7am. I arrived at 830 am and my car was stil being worked on and I was told another hour before it was done. That was 3 hours ago. The best news (which was never told to me) is that the wrong part arrived and I have been sitting here waiting her for hours, while nothing is being done on my car. So, I Went to State tire at 4;30, they close at 5. Bought 4 new tires and they did not complain once at my timing. (Had a flat and knew I needed tires-was going to go to Firestone). Terrible service we had an appointment at two and they are telling us we have to wait until 6 this is ridiculous

My girlfriend had her car here for service and had to wait a full day because they didnt have anyone to use their diagnostic equipment. After waiting the day they called and said the repairs were going to be 531 dollars and she okd the work. After waiting all day she decided to go over to see if the car was ready. She was then handed a bill for 651 dollars. Aparently they charge an 80 dollar fee for diagnostics. But my question is how does an 80 dollar fee cost 120 dollars. They wouldnt give her an explanation or allow her to talk to the mechanic about what repairs were made. So to all buyer beware if you choose to get your car serviced make sure id the quote they give you is the actual bill. I reached to firestone corporate and there responce was sorry they didnt tell you but they dont discount or waive the diagnostic charge like any reputable shop does unless you dont want the repairs done. They say i will get a call from the manager but im not holding my breath after them not talking when you are actually there. This place is a scam and makes all shops look bad. read more

Well it's been 6 days and 3 calls to Firestone's complaint division and still no call back. Each time i cal I get a reference number and assurance my complaint will Be addressed. Last call the customer service rep said my next call, if there is one will escalate to Corporate. Firestone's actions or lack of them proves that they are either overwhelmed by complaints due to poor workmanship or they really don't care, they got their money. In the past 8 months I've paid over 2,500.00 to Firestone. No more, going to their competitors in the area. read more

Needed new tires for one of my work trucks, so I made an appointment for the work to be done so the down time would be minimized. Dropped the truck off early so they would have it in case they got to it sooner than the scheduled appointment. Went back 3.5 hours later from the scheduled appointment time and they hadn't even got to the truck. They told me the tires had just came in and apologized for not calling me, and yet there was an empty bay that they could have been using to work on the truck. Horrible customer service, but great at making excuses. read more

Last year I brought my car to this place and they were wonderful. Although she stayed there for a few days waiting for a part, they kept me updated on her status. I was happy then and decided to bring my girl back this year for a few things. First major thing was tires. Kevin helped me pick out the perfect kicks for my girl who deserves only the best and what I can afford. He didn't rush me or pressure me on a particular brand, just provided all the info on each product and then let me make the decision. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning and dashed off to work. Bill called me a few hours later to tell me some other issues needed to be addressed and how serious or not serious each issue was. Again, no pressure.. just provided all the information for me to make an informed decision. At the end of the day I received a follow up call from Kevin who wanted to make sure I knew everything was completed. I picked up my side kick later on, and she is absolutely perfect! Her tires look FAB.. and she continues to drive like a dream. I highly recommend this place. read more

When I first got there I was looking for a spot so I could go in and talk to the receptionist. Upon looking for a spot I was almost hit by this crazy driver - he was driving so fast in a small parking lot. Come to find out that the person driving that vehicle was a mechanic there and it was a customers car! I came in to get my tire plugged up from a nail that punctured it. I've gotten plenty of nails in tires before and I knew this was repairable. After 20+ minutes they said my tire was not repairable, they put the spare on for me - no charge which was nice. I left the damaged tire there so I could find another tire. I got a call the next day and it was them saying that they fixed my tire. Thank god right? Well I went there got my tire fixed and on my way to my parents house - another nail in another tire !!!! Just my luck or could they have put it there? I don't know, but how strange. On top of that the mechanic who had my keys broke my Alex & Ani key chain and only said sorry. To end this very long review, I will not be going back to this place. read more

This firestone offers the absolute worst service in the Bricktown area. I went there twice, once for basic service and once to purchase four new tires. Each time they had me waiting in excess of the time they told me. When I went in there to buy tires, they told me it would only be an hour until my car was done, it ended up taking nearly 3. It took 45 minutes to get my car in the garage (admittedly, it was fairly busy), it took 10 minutes for the tech to get the tires off (not bad), and it took an hour for the tech to disappear. When I asked about it, I found out that the guy working on my car decided to take a lunch break, and the manager told me that my car would be done "in a few minutes." That few minutes was nearly an hour, and when they were done they had the audacity to tell me that my alignment was off, and they would charge me another 95 dollars to fix it (an alignment problem that I never had when I went in). Terrible service, terrible attitude, terrible management. I will be going elsewhere for my car service from now on. read more

I liked that they were open on Sunday but that's about it. I needed my tire repaired and I understand my tire was bad and there was a problem with the spare but I didn't understand the logistics and was trying to ask for the receptionist guys opinion and suggestion of all my options before making a final decision and the way he talked to me was ridiculous. I am woman who doesn't isn't into cars and tires so I was confused. I'm very upset by the way they treat their customers. So $130 later I had a new tire and still didn't understand completely what was wrong with my damaged tire. I will not go back for the simple fact that they treated me like crap. read more

Very disappointed with the experience at this particular branch, which was unfortunate, as I've had great service at other FIrestone Auto Care branches in the past. My husband brought my car in on a Friday morning to have my tires checked (low pressure light kept coming on & off, after repeatedly filling tires with air - seemed to be an issue with rear passenger side tire, which was even pointed out to the service technician). After waiting 45 minutes, he was asked to make an appointment for 2pm and bring car back then. He did this and returned at 2pm, only to be told it would be another hour wait. Finally, the car was taken in for a look. Service tech returned shortly and declared "great news, no issues with the tires, it must be the low pressure indicator that's the problem". No charge, which seemed great at the time. An appointment was made to return a week later to run a diagnostic test on the indicator, which again, we were told was the issue (tires were fine!). My car sat in the driveway all weekend, until I had to drive it 50+ miles to work the following Monday. At the end of a long work day, I returned to my car in the dark parking lot (in the pouring rain) to find my rear passenger tire flat. The tire we asked them to check specifically and was assured it was fine, no leak, no issue. Thank goodness for the savior that AAA sent to help me...he pulled off the tire, inspected it with a flashlight (did I mention it was dark and raining?) and immediately found the culprit (a nail in my tire, which had probably been there for a LONG time). He pulled out the nail, patched my tire, filled it will air, put it back on and I was on my way. MIRACULOUSLY my low tire pressure light has not come back on since and the tire has not lost any air. Hmmm...thanks for nothing Firestone. Needless to say, I'll be avoiding this branch in the future... :( read more

i had been a loyal customer of firestone for over 6 years. several week ago i had an issue with a tire on my vehicle. the tire had a slow leak, in the am i was able to get air in the tire and at 8:00am i arrived at the firestone auto store in brick.. had a traveled from manchester on route 70. i never though of calling because most of the sale rep know me. i arrived at the store at 8am only be told by the clerk that i had to wait 3 hours before he would even look at the tire. i asked him if he could just take a look at it and that it would be no more than 15 minutes of his time. his response to me was what do i tell the people who are waiting a head of you. he was so animate about not doing anything. in fact he refuse to even put any more air in the tire and aloud me to leave knowing that i was a senior citizen and travel so far to get there. i was so upset with him. i notified the area manager. i got stuck on route 70 near my home the tire went completely flat i noitify manvis tire center on route 70. the manager matt sent someone out to change the tire gave me a great discount on tires and i was so happy to have found mavis. such an accommodating staff professional and understanding. i destroyed my firestone credit card. tough luck guys its your loss. read more
