The crew is 11/10! Nic, Dontae, Quan, Josh, and Elliot did an incredible job. Hard workers, efficient, and careful. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Brian was amazing! I called him around 10 am. He asked me to text him pictures and my address. He responded promptly with a quote and was available the same day. I must admit when Brian pulled up and and with a pick up truck I had done doubts. But he was confident and I needed the room cleared. It was a room that had terrible water damage, lots of old furniture, dust and other things.... Brian got to work, analyzing everything inside and strategically emptying the room. I was impressed. He didn't complained and even showed me some techniques he's learned over the years. He had no tools, and was very resourceful. Crazy! I kept watching and telling him how impressed I was. Thank you Brian! I will tell the world about you!

My friend and I booked Brian about 3 weeks ago for our move this weekend. She had a positive experience with him a few years ago, however this time we did not. We had told Brian the amount of stuff we had to move from 2 separate apartments into a storage unit, and told him we do need a truck not a van (as seen in the image below). We confirmed with Brian a few times about timing and day, and Brian was very responsive. However, on the day of our move (today) Brian showed up with sprinter van, not a truck, and said that his moving partner cancelled on him, did not show up for the move, and that his phone was off. Brian would have had todo the move alone, which was not worth the whole day. I would not consider booking brianandhisvan ever again.

He kept declining to send my deposit back after only 5 MINUTES of me wanting to cancel after booking

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BRIAN I contacted Brian for a junk clean up. I asked him for a COI but he declined and told me to just tell my building that he was a friend coming to buy my furniture, which seemed a bit fishy. He asked for a deposit to schedule the booking, over venmo, so I sent him a deposit. I then contacted my building to confirm the time Brian would come but they had after told me that a COI would be required. All of this was within 5 minutes of me sending the deposit to Brian. I had informed Brian this and he declined to send me the deposit back. He said he had already "booked his schedule" and would not refund. It had only been 5 minutes after he booked that I wanted to cancel.

Can't nobody beat this guy. Super professional and he's a beast with hauling stuff. Would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Brian handling my old, dismantled couch all by himself from my 5th floor walk up! So impressive!

I cannot say enough great things about Brian! If you are in need of his services and are on the fence about whether to use him -- stop what you are doing and call him, NOW. A few weeks ago, I was in a bit of a predicament involving 2 old couches, 1 new sectional, and my 5th-floor walkup on the UES. Basically, I bought the sectional and had scheduled the delivery without realizing that I would also need to get rid of my two old couches. Not my proudest moment! I came to this realization two days before the sectional was scheduled to be delivered, so I needed the old old couches gone and fast. As usual, I took to Yelp and called at least 20 junk removal places. The majority were not available on short notice, and those who were wanted to charge me an obscene amount of money. I was basically in tears and practically about to try and dismantle my old couches myself (which would never have worked, lol), when Brian called me back and saved the day. His quote was literally 80% lower than his competitors and he was available the next day! Not only did he arrive at my apartment 10 mins ahead of schedule the next day, he was in and out with my 2 couches -- which he had to completely disassemble in order to fit them through my narrow door -- in like 30 mins. What's even more impressive is that he managed to do the entire job himself!!! Brian was professional, polite, friendly, and just an all-around awesome guy. I'm looking forward to hiring him for all my future moving & junk removal needs. He rocks!!!

Don worked hard to earn my business. I had made a deposit with another moving company. They…read moreincreased their price at the last minute, and didn't refund my deposit. Don was professional and sincere to convince me to get a sales rep inside to do a free onsite quote. They not only beat the price of the competitors, but everything arrived safely and intact 2 days after picking everything up. Their staff was professional and kind. I'd recommend Easy Movers to anyone, regardless of distance or the size of move. Thanks guys!

WHATA NIGHTMARE!!! I hired Easy Movers, Inc. for my recent…read morelocal relocation. The service I received was unprofessional and resulted in significant damage to my property due to the negligence and lack of experience demonstrated by the three-person crew. Despite a short five-minute drive between locations, the moving truck took 30 minutes to arrive. Upon inspecting my belongings, I discovered that my items had not been properly padded or secured during transport. Specifically, the dining room table base has substantial holes on two sides. Additionally, a wood sofa table fell apart during the move. It appeared that an unsuccessful and undisclosed attempt was made to repair the table before I saw it, which I find purposefully deceitful. The crew failed to disclose any of this damage until I pointed it out myself. Furthermore, I was disappointed that the crew attempted to take the 65-inch TV box, for which I specifically paid $125.00. Please review your records and confirm, your company Easy Movers Inc. did provide moving services for my family.

As I researched moving companies to assist us after 26 years in our home, Reign kept coming up as a…read moregreat choice. I spoke with their scheduler and felt assured that Reign would be the one we would use, even though they seemed to be a bit more expensive. A few weeks before we knew our moving date, we did a Face Time walk through of the old home to get an idea of what the cost would likely be. The date and time were set, the morning arrived and Reign was right on schedule. The guys worked hard, took their time to wrap furniture, appreciated the lunch we bought for them, and left for the new house where I met them. Some things were stacked (wardrobe boxes on top of each other), a few boxes were in the wrong room, the garage was left in disarray, a fern stand had fallen over and had a broken base, and the treadmill was not reassembled. Reign had made arrangements to have two follow-up movers come when the first "shift" ended, so these two young men unstacked the stacked boxes, arranged the garage, went back with us to the old house and checked to see that everything was delivered, moved a few leftover items that we missed, put the fern stand in the truck, and tried to reassemble the treadmill. When they could not, they asked us to call Jason, the owner. Jason immediately dispatched another employee who also could not reassemble the treadmill. Not to be outdone, Jason called us and said that he was sending another employee who would arrive first thing the next morning to fix the treadmill. Two young men arrived about 8:30 and had the treadmill together in a few minutes. Of course, that is not the end of the story because moving is never a one-day event--and ours began to unfold with some items that needed to be addressed. The movers had "dinged" a few spots in the old house, which took about a week to repair because Jason uses a man whom he trusts to do a good job, and this man was not available right away. When it was finally completed, the repair was flawless. Then we noticed a dining room piece was damaged, so we sent a picture to Jason who came to inspect and assure us that it would be fixed. While he was with us, he noticed a small scratch on the floor in the dining room, so he helped my husband put felt pads under the table legs and on each chair leg. This was above and beyond anything we had experienced in the past. Again, we had to wait to get the dining room server repaired because Jason uses a furniture repairman who does a remarkable job in repairing damaged wood. He even stabilized the piece while he had it. I might not have been happy waiting, but I was delighted with the finished product. After a few days in the new house, I reached for a file in our filing cabinet and discovered it was in bad shape from the move. When I called Jason, he said not to worry; he was coming to our house to help. This is where his customer service will astound you if you have ever dealt with moving companies who just give you a check and make you sign a document that releases them from further responsibility. Instead of attempting to fix the filing cabinet, he suggested just purchasing another to replace it that would be similar cost. He and I picked out one that seemed identical, his warehouse team came to our house and assembled the new one, realized it would not work so they called Jason who told me to order whatever I wanted. It took two tries to get what I wanted, but Jason never hesitated to find what would make me happy. His company should be your choice for any move.

At the time of my previous review, law enforcement was in the early stages of investigating the…read moretheft that took place during our move. Now that time has passed and we have learned more information, we have even more remorse for hiring this company. We have become aware of two other families who also experienced the theft of nearly identical items during their moves with Reign. We never received reimbursement for any of the lost, broken, or stolen items from our move and will end up having to take legal action for this. There were many logistical things this company did very well - they were organized in the planning of the move, very timely and efficient, and careful with (most) of the furniture. However, they were dishonest. While what happened in our move may be a reflection of one employee versus the whole company I reported it to the owner, Jason, right away, and he continued to let other customers be stolen from for several more months before putting the employees on leave. Trusting them in my home will forever be one of my biggest regrets.
