I've been a patient of Dr. Last for many years now and I truly think he's one of the most caring…read moredoctors I've ever met. He does not rush to prescribe quick-fix pills and instead first promotes healthy lifestyle like good diet and exercise, but when medications are needed, he doesn't hesitate. And with his help, I finally quit smoking after more than 50 years of being a smoker. His staff is great -- the front desk people are somewhat quiet/reserved in style but they are totally professional and helpful any time I call for something or go in for an appointment. And the two Nurse Practitioners -- Sarah and Chenelle - are absolutely wonderful and thorough in their examinations. Dr. Last is an old-time physician -- the kind who spends the time to get to know his patients and listen to them. The world needs more like him.

My husband is a patient and is always able to get an appointment quickly when he's sick. Dr Last was extremely thorough during my appointment. My mom has been a patient of Dr. Gary Shore for approx. 14 yrs.if not more. He's amazing! I attend…read morethe visits with my mom, 95% of the times. The service and quality of care Dr. Shore extends to my mom is beyond perfect! It's as if she's his mother, that speaks volumes! He is not one of those dr. that quickly writes a prescription. He's attentive to her needs, speaks to her and asks her health questions in a gentle caring manner. He gives her time in the visit, we don't feel rushed at all. The office is busy. To me that's a sign of a good dr., Btw, which dr. office isn't busy these days with all the baloney, restrictions and constant changes defined by the insurance companies. Yet, they are all very kind and helpful here. I especially adore a woman there, I believe her name is Basha (I'm not 100% sure and I apologize in advance for getting it wrong). Thank you Dr. Shore and team for taking such great care of my mom and for always being amazing!!! Annalisa Mele-Mondella

Not to mention when I tried to get an appointment weeks ago on a Saturday I was told I couldn't because I was a new patient. I explained I have been a patient for many years just not in the last 5 because I lost my job with Covid and had no insurance. That apparently put me as a new patient. So now I make this appointment 2 weeks out and they cancel and can't offer me another Saturday for 3 weeks and can't see me at 6 after I work. Thank god I spoke to an urgent care doctor who felt bad for my situation and will refill my prescription that have bad side effects if I stop taking it. Do better.

However, the front-office administrative process is frustratingly inefficient. Despite confirming my appointments promptly via SMS, I continue to receive redundant text reminders and repeated follow-up phone calls asking for confirmation. The lack of coordination in their scheduling system takes away from an otherwise high standard of care. I sincerely hope management addresses these administrative bottlenecks soon. If these communication issues are not resolved by the end of the year, I will unfortunately have to look for another practice for my ongoing care."

Except when I walked in the first thing she said was why didn't I go for blood test? Also had an echo cardiogram, and she was wondering why they did not set a follow up appointment with me to discuss the results. 10 weeks later.....The physician seemed fine. I had seen them previously before they moved into this group and I did like them very much. But this office is under completely different management. I have been a medical office manager, my whole adult life and the lack of communication and the lack of experience of the front desk is noticeable. I have had three maybe four appointments in this location and each time they ask me if I'm new and each time they tell me that my Medicare card is not valid. So while I do like the doctors, I am leaving this practice due to the problems with the front desk.
