She willingly answered my questions even the day after my dad's discharge and has been a very responsive ordering-physician to the home care team. When we called to set up appointments, the staff were very friendly and did not rush us along as it would often happen. I've always believed that the front office staff is a strong indicator of what the practice is like. Dr. Nadroo has been present, competent, and kind. We highly recommend her to everyone.

My old local doctor's office, prior to moving to florida, insisted I change my primary care designation to him before they would schedule an appontment to see me. As I didn't want to do this just for a followup visit, I was then lucky enough to get a referral to Dr. Nadroo. I found the staff to be very accomadating and her to be a very good, knowledgable and caring physician. Would recommend this doctor to anyone.

Might want to change your voicemail to say COVID results can take up to 14 days and not tell people when they schedule something else. Also they have a very small waiting area and patients were walking up to check in and pulling down their masks without being told they had to wear them in a medical building. Went yesterday. Place empty and clean. One might think that people are coming in to get help. A…read moresmile would go al long way. Wait seemed long for an empty place. First woman to take vitals was wonderful! Pleasant and answered questions. Female doctor came I with mask under nose and I felt like I was a bother to her. Rushed to get out so fast that I realized I never asked questions I had! I will not return. Thank goodness I checked the phone number they had for me to let me know about a test I took. Oh she said I guess it was a typo. I would not have gotten my results. Manner means something! After waiting longer than seemed necessary since it was nearly empty, it was evident the doctor did not want to be there. Now looking for answers about meds online! I do not recommend his urgent care.
