She makes things so much harder and difficult to get to Dr Sophia. It feels like you're a bother when u call. Refills: Whenever u need a refill, it requires a call from Dr. other offices I call and they refill. At some point, naturally you need an appointment. Ever since Covid she stopped seeing patience in office. If you call it's not encouraged. Dr Sophia is also away, often. I feel like whatever u suggest something you think you may need, she'll just agree with you. It's too easy so you don't know if she's giving you something just because u suggested? I sometimes wanted to know her opinion. She's the Dr. yeah, like I said, very nice person but the way things are run, needs much improvement.

Being a naturalist as much as possible I decided to seek an alternative after watching Dr Sajay Guptas show on the benefits of Medical Marijuana. I tried Dr #1 who said my RA wasn't on the list of illnesses (which is CRAZY) one of my Drs gave me Dr Herman's name and number and that is where I first encountered KIM (his receptionist)!!!! Talk about a CAN DO attitude! She couldn't have been more responsive and compassionate . Together we got all of this red tape resolved and I was in the office seeing Dr Herman in just a few days! Dr Herman is also a warm, caring Dr who doesn't think within the box and understood exactly where I was coming from and what I needed. You know, a little consideration. Of course, she had an attitude in her reply. Her excuse was that they didn't know he was running that late until I came in. Right. The guy before me who had a 1:30 appointment didn't get called in until 1:50 and who knows how long he waited after that. We have had this appointment scheduled for a month. Her insurance hasn't changed. The office has had her insurance information since she made the appointment. They could have called us at any point prior to 9:25am today and we could seek care elsewhere. The front desk staff are completely incompetent and unprofessional. This is a practice that needs to be absorbed by a bigger hospital organization and ensure competent patient care. We wasted our time and my girlfriend now has delay of care in tending to her active medical issues. Completely unacceptable. Do not go here.

The Receptionist who told me I would still be billed got on the phone & said we never canceled your appointment you did. I said I know that is not my reason for calling back.
