She willingly answered my questions even the day after my dad's discharge and has been a very responsive ordering-physician to the home care team. When we called to set up appointments, the staff were very friendly and did not rush us along as it would often happen. I've always believed that the front office staff is a strong indicator of what the practice is like. Dr. Nadroo has been present, competent, and kind. We highly recommend her to everyone.

I have been going to Dr. Rosenblum for quite a few years now and have convinced my wife and daughter to also become a patient of Dr. Rosenblum. If they were to rate his expertise they would also give a five star. So let me say, he is the most personable, kind, knowledgeable, caring and the go to doctor that you could possibly wish to have if you require medical intervention. And one very important observation that goes by most patients is that he is a "listener". Most doctors that I have gone to over my many years did not posses this quality. He does have a larger office in Syosset. No one looks forward to getting a colonoscopy but for some over a certain age, or with a family history, it is absolutely necessary. Not to mention when I tried to get an appointment weeks ago on a Saturday I was told I couldn't because I was a new patient. I explained I have been a patient for many years just not in the last 5 because I lost my job with Covid and had no insurance. That apparently put me as a new patient. So now I make this appointment 2 weeks out and they cancel and can't offer me another Saturday for 3 weeks and can't see me at 6 after I work. Thank god I spoke to an urgent care doctor who felt bad for my situation and will refill my prescription that have bad side effects if I stop taking it. Do better.
