I wait longer in the waiting room and exam room before Dr. Siddiqui sees me. Then when I do meet with her, she only takes five minutes with me and walks out the door. When I first met with her, she was thorough and took her time with me. I do not know if it is because she has too much work on her plate but as a physician, she should NOT rush her patients.

My girlfriend had a new patient appointment at 9:15am today. We arrived at 9am to fill out forms…read more At 9:25 while waiting to be taken back after filling out forms they told us her insurance isn't taken here anymore. We have had this appointment scheduled for a month. Her insurance hasn't changed. The office has had her insurance information since she made the appointment. They could have called us at any point prior to 9:25am today and we could seek care elsewhere. The front desk staff are completely incompetent and unprofessional. This is a practice that needs to be absorbed by a bigger hospital organization and ensure competent patient care. We wasted our time and my girlfriend now has delay of care in tending to her active medical issues. Completely unacceptable. Do not go here.
