When I called and asked about it I was screamed at over the phone and hung up on. Moreover the car reeked of cigarettes which was not noted in the ad, and Carmax tried to get it out twice and failed with the smell getting covered for 12 hours then back in full force. They offered to replace the windshield which was chipped but only made a safelight appointment and replaced it with a non OEM part, and refused to use the OEM part. I returned the vehicle and made them give me my money back and never want anything to do with Carmax ever again. Fuck Carmax they give you nothing but trouble and grief.

When I was looking for quotes, I noticed Carmax ALWAYS gave me the highest bid. So I decided to go with them. On the day that I chose to sell my car, they had an opening that same day as well. say WHAT?! Most other places would've been booked out already. Took about an hour to drive there. When I got there, I was impressed how spacious and clean the building interior was. The inventory lot was also huge. When I walked in, my name was on a screen showing that I had an appointment, and the check-in guy pointed me to the Business Office. When I got there, I had to scan a QR code, enter in my offer code that was emailed to me, and pass off a copy of my car key. Not even 5 minutes in, a Carmax representative went out with a clipboard and my key and started appraising my vehicle right then and there. Needless to say I was anxious, thinking that my mileage getting there would've affected my appraisal (I know, silly me...) After the appraisal, I was so shocked to see that they matched my appraisal online and there were NO HIDDEN FEES! What they said they would offer me was what they were offering right on the spot. They gave me time to clean the car and collect any last minute belongings. That was probably the most bittersweet moment of them all - saying thank you and goodbye to my car that I no longer needed. I drove the car into the service area, and they started cleaning and removing the plates right away. Dawn was an amazing representative that took care of finalizing the documents, and made the transition from car to check super personable and human. Altogether, this transaction took about an hour and 15 minutes, which is also wild because I wasn't expecting such a smooth transaction. I'm super thankful for Dawn for her amazing customer service and this Carmax for an efficient transaction! May whoever gets my car next take it to make some amazing life memories - both mundane and adventurous!

I am sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision…read more I purchased a BMW SUV from VIP Auto, and since the time of purchase, the vehicle has had ongoing mechanical issues that have significantly affected its reliability. The vehicle has spent more time being repaired than driven. I made multiple attempts to have these issues addressed through VIP Auto, but I was turned away on several occasions or unable to receive consistent support. While one member of management did assist with some repairs, the overall condition of the vehicle at the time of sale raises serious concerns. After the purchase, I was informed by BMW service professionals that the vehicle showed signs consistent with prior accident-related damage, including observations made during service. This concern was also acknowledged in follow-up discussions. This information was not disclosed to me at the time of sale, and I was not provided with a vehicle history report such as a Carfax prior to completing my purchase. Additionally, there are visible areas on the vehicle that appear to have been repainted. This would have significantly impacted my decision to proceed. I also purchased an extended warranty, which I continue to pay for; however, it was extremely difficult to find a repair facility that accepted it. By the time I located a participating mechanic, much of the coverage period had been lost. After seeking service directly through BMW, I was presented with thousands of dollars in necessary repairs. Even with partial assistance from the dealership, I still incurred significant out-of-pocket expenses, including tires and ongoing repairs. To this day, the vehicle still requires service. In addition, I was placed into a high-interest loan and attempted to contact the salesperson regarding refinancing, but I did not receive a response. Due to the repeated mechanical issues, concerns regarding undisclosed prior damage, and ongoing financial burden, I have explored my rights under New Jersey consumer protection and lemon law guidelines. This has been an extremely difficult and costly experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering a purchase to obtain an independent inspection, review all vehicle history reports, and carefully evaluate warranty and financing terms before proceeding.

No issues with the first place I bought my car North Jersey. This place seemed to be bothered by me being there. I was never able to get anyone on the phone and texts were answered sporadically. When we locked in our buy we were told there was the federal rebate, $1000 referral credit, ZERO sales tax, $2000 NJ rebate, and an additional $2000 rebate if I made less than $150k per year. After checking my details I was told the $1000 rebate was switched to $500 recently. When I showed here where it said $1000 she said "I don't know what to tell you". Another sales rep said "hey it actually says (UP TO) $1000 and that's only if you get a Model S. The rest are $500. They initially didn't credit the $2000 rebate because our mailing address is in VA. I am a NJ resident stationed in VA. This was not ever explained, but I was able to add it. I was then told I had to apply for the second $2000 rebate and it would take 3-5 days to complete. So my choices were to take delivery or return after this process was complete. We drove 3 1/2 hours to pick up this car. THEN I noticed $1,400 in sales tax. They then told me that a week ago it was changed from zero to 3% tax. I said I signed the paperwork before that went into place. Again I was told "I don't know what to tell you. Every comment was short and rude. I have never been treated with as much disdain for being there. I was treated this was in front of my wife and son. I love these cars, but I sincerely regret doing business with Cherry Hill (the place I call home). VERY Disappointed!

Here's the car, here's the price and if we're in the mood we'll put you on our waiting list. And, if that disturbs you, tough... as Tesla's MSRP rises almost weekly due to the pesky dirth of the rare earth minerals we need to make batteries. You snooze, you lose. I was just curious as I have no desire to be on the bleeding edge of the first gen EV's but to a car buyer used to wrangling with the Brylcreemed reptiles who shill for the gas-powered legacy makes and hand out rebates like stale gummies, the over the top sanctimony and imperiousness of the Tesla process almost won my respect. Not enough to buy one but for some reason, I think I caught a glimpse of the future and it's not on the buyers side. No stale gummies today. Four stars.

Top notch when it came to respecting my decision making process as well as earning my trust. Start to finish, major props to the entire team ... couldn't have asked for a more positive experience. Trust me, I kick a lot of tires before making such a big purchase. I'll be the first to admit, Subaru was not even on my radar 5 years ago. It all started when I met Owner Principal, Z Nashed. Couldn't ask for a more straight forward dealership ... no pressure, no BS. "Take it for the day and see if you like it..." Well, I LOVED it. Bought a Forester Premium for myself, then a few months later my wife needed a car - she got a CrossTrek. Then our daughter needed a reliable used car - the rest is history. We've confidently referred many friends and family members since. Just love the product. Side note: I'm a skier and these cars LOVE snow. Win, win! Great value, unmatched safety features, reliability and service department that never fails to exceed my expectations. Bottom line .. you feel cared for and respected on all levels, hence they keep earning my business.

Salesman actually told me that the mechanics were done for the day and to go to WaWa to put air in the tires because the tire pressure light was on. He couldn't have done it? This place told me I had "play in my struts". So I called Cherry Hill Mitsubishi where I bought my car and explained the situation. I spoke to a gentlemen that said there's no such thing as "play" in the struts - they're either good, leaking or bent, and it needs to be lifted to look at them." Took my car in on a Thursday, explained my concern about the front left tire tread, mentioned the struts issue and the woman who checked me in said the place that said there was "play" in the struts is known for trying to sell struts. I handed over my keys and saw the work bay where my car was parked for inspection. They popped the hood, looked inside and said i had a bent strut on the right side. Then said it was close to $300 for "diagnostics" on the left side because she "had to make sure her men got paid". My first question - WHY DID THEY LOOK ON THE RIGHT SIDE WHEN I MENTIONED MY CONCERN WAS ON THE LEFT? My second question (because I have half a brain) - how can they see a bent strut THROUGH THE ENGINE?? And my third question - Don't you pay your me an hourly wage already? Why do consumers have to pay MORE to employees who should be doing their job anyway? The woman working with me was highly condescending in her tone, and stated, "I'm not in the car with you when you drive so I have no idea how the strut got bent." I told her to give me my keys and I left. I then called a local shop that I've taken my car to for oil changes and brakes, and they confirmed what I already knew - a vehicle needs to be lifted to fully see the struts. I took my car to that shop, they said they see no evidence of a bent strut from the naked eye, and the only part of the struts that can be seen from under the hood are the strut towers. It was recommended I take my car to get an alignment. Today, I took my car for an alignment. Per that alignment, there were NO BENDS in my struts AT ALL. Cherry Hill Mitsubishi are LIARS, THIEVES, AND MORONS. There is no factoring in of warranties, even though I paid close to $40,000 for my vehicle that included a 6 year, 65,000 mile warranty. My car had 34k miles when I took it to Cherry Hill Mitsubishi. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
