I WAITED 45 MINUTES FOR. NOTHING. THEY WERE ALL LIKE. ROBOTS! HAD NO CARING OR EMPATHY , DIDNT CARE ABOUT WASTING MY TIME! I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE EVER GO TO SE ORTHOPEDIST! THEY ARE AWFUL!

I had one prior to my appointment, despite it being a soft tissue/ tendon issue, which does not show on an X-Ray. I met with Dr. Hort. I brought a copy of an MRI and report with me for the consultation, which I held next to me. Dr. Hort did not review it during the consult. I left it with the office for them to download it for review. I was sent for an ultrasound, which I was waited for the results. It was a week later when I called to ask for the results. I stated that I should've received a courtesy call instead of being left in the dark. I was told they do not call patients for results. It would be discussed at follow up appointment. I stated that is just another way to bill me, and traveling there isn't convenient. I asked why aren't there any patient notes in my portal? No notes, no tests, no documentation at all. Two weeks since that call, still no report, nothing mailed to me, nothing in my portal. Dr. Hort might be a good practitioner. Unfortunately, between the initial consult and the lack of customer staff support, leaves much to be desired.
