I met Jackie 5 years ago when my hair needed some SERIOUS help. Being a platinum blonde and not using quality product caught up with me. My hair completely broke off to an inch long in some places and was shorter than shoulder length. I found Jackie when a friend told me how amazing she was. Her knowledge of hair and the trust she had in the Eufora products put me at ease to know she was going to fix this mess I was dealing with! My hair started growing back quickly and is now to the middle of my back! My color is perfect and my hair is so healthy! The Eufora products are great and I absolutely love the fact I can trust Jackie to do her thing! I highly recommend Studio One!

My experience with skye began as a pleasant one. She seemed very sweet and attentive via text when…read moreI was booking my appointment. The trouble started during my actual time with her. And while she spent a long time on my hair, approximately four hours, I was very unhappy with the final result. I was left with blotchy, brassy blonde pieces all over the top of my head that did not blend whatsoever. I then handed over $200 for this work. She rushed me out without giving my any opportunity to inspect her work, claiming she had an outside appointment, now I know why. The kicker, which really upset me, was skye offering to fix the "honey tones"( aka butchered balayage tiger stripes) in my hair for another $95 in a couple of weeks. I felt a clench in my gut when she said this, because I could tell that she knew that my hair didn't look good, and yet she was unwilling to fix it for free like she should. Instead opting to try and get more money out of me. I felt so taken advantage of, and more like a wallet tha a person. When I got home and had a chance to really look at my hair, i messaged Skye and told her how unhappy I was with the results. She messaged me back something along the lines of "you are always welcome to express yourself and I can't give a lengthy response right now but we will chat more". She seemed totally unfazed by the picture I sent. While I understand she was busy with clients, I would've appreciated some concern or offer of a resolution after spending so much money. It is my understanding that I am one among many of skyes butchered clients (this includes chemical burn emergency visits and chemical cuts). It will now cost me another $200 to get fixed by another stylist. Please keep my experience in mind before booking here. Update, Skye sent a new message and said she's willing to adjust/fix "something". I explained to her that at this point I'd be much more comfortable going to someone else. I feel it's too risky and much too awkward to return to her, especially after how unfazed she seems by the way my hair turned out. It's hard not to feel taken advantage of when someone doesn't deliver good work and won't acknowledge their mistake or make it right financially for the customer. Update: Mandy Wright who is also in Sola salon suites fixed my hair and it turned out beautifully! I definitely recommend her for high quality professional salon results! (Of course I am now out $400 total, so small claims court is next on the agenda!)

Burgundy might be great for some women, but not for me, I have a very conservative look. As soon as I was able, I had Darci correct the horrible dye job so I could look and feel like myself again. After that mess with the other "stylist", I began seeing Darci for all my haircuts. Darci does an amazing job with my thick, naturally curly, red hair, she even gives me great styling tricks to make taming my unruly mane quick and easy. Darci moved to a salon a bit farther from us and a few months back my boyfriend made the mistake of going to some barber who butchered his hair giving him the worst hair cut I have ever seen. I was horrified and promptly scheduled an emergency appointment with Darci to try and fix it before an event the next night. Let me tell you, Darci performed a miracle on that hack job and although it took two cuts for it to grow out, Darci did an amazing job making him look presentable again. He will never make the mistake of going to anyone else and now we make the short trip to Auburn every few weeks to get the best cut for my mans great hair.
